I usually have amazing service at this location both through the drive thru and inside. However, I stopped by tonight at 9:05pm since Google told me they’re open until 10pm. I saw 2 employees inside and no one answered the drive thru window and they looked like they were closing down the shop about an hour earlier than their listed hours. Needless to say I was pretty bummed.

Went in at 825pm and ordered the #13 extra large. Team members were all friendly and smiling. Two people behind the counter and one person in the lobby sweeping up literal crumbs. The place was absolutely spotless, freaky clean, front and back of house as far as you could see. My food came fast, accurate and delicious. 10/10 will come back to your outstanding location.

Just paid 7$ for this. I asked if I could get pickles and cucumbers on it was told no and heard a laugh like it was a joke. Couldn’t even pay to have them added because it’s a slim? That doesn’t make sense. Plus there is more bread than Tuna. Very unhappy and won’t be back. Also asked for just a side of picked and was told no. What kinda place doesn’t allow this?

If you lost faith in true, friendly customer service, go see Chris at the Comstock Park Jimmy John's. That kind of positive attitude and friendliness can't be trained into someone, they have it or they don't. Chris has old fashioned customer service skills. The force is strong with this dude. A trip down there to see Chris may restore your faith in humanity. As an aside, the food was also very good.
