“Burger was a little overdone. Service slow and every table almost was dirty at 750pm. I’ll go back because it’s usually good but a bit overpriced“

“Wanna Shout Out to Kris working at Marthon Subway she made my sub the other day and i was mad at her becuz it was made wrong when i finally relized it was not her fault at all it was totally fine! “I’ve never felt more compelled to review. My 12 year old even commented on her. We are from metro Detroit, TB by us is hit or miss, this lady is calling drinks out, making everyone’s food and literally just running this TB perfectly. She’s fast, efficient and directs her team kindly. The guy running the register as need as greeted everyone with a smile. If this were by my house he’d be rolling his eyes and directing everyone to the kiosks. This team is awesome“

“Looking at the other reviews seems like locals may have different opinion than I. However, I believe this is the last Good Burger King anywhere.

I swung by last night after seeing Stavros at 20 Monroe Live and the food was Amazing. My double whopper was made as i wanted it to be and the awesome flavor took me back to childhood.

So so great. To anyone who was dissatisfied, try Burger Kings in other cities. This Burger King is the best hands down.“

“whoever is in charge of staffing should be not only ashamed, but held legally responsible.
these two poor workers are serving a constant flow of customers inside and in the drive thru.
nobody deserves to work in those conditions, just to get treated poorly for “being slow” or whatever else.

thank you endlessly to the workers who were kind, quick, and clearly stressed out over drive thru times. these are just unrealistic expectations for the number of employees.

five stars for the employees, negative stars for the corporate side pushing people to their absolute limits for the bare minimum as per usual.“

“I recommend they get a new night manager, my family of 9 was in last night for dinner. At dinner rush, was 1 waitress waiting on us and at least 4 other tables. She was also a minor, she did the most and best job at keeping her composure while struggling to keep everyone happy and get everyone’s orders in. The manager never helped her carry any food out, and being she was a minor she couldn’t serve the alcohol. She had to remind her manager of this, and the attitude he gave her about it then showed as he marched out the BOH with the is tables single beer and popped it on there table and walked away. Mind you he was doing nothing but hanging out at the register the whole hour my family was at Pizza Hut. Waitress, your doing great. Your trainer/manager SUCKS thou and failed you when he shouldn’t have.“

“My first ever experience at JJ and..... I'm sold!!!!! Besides the freaky fast , tasty a$$ sandwiches, great atmosphere and the best staff I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant..... I travel a lot and will be on the lookout for JJ in the future... But JJ in Ionia Michigan has set the bar pretty high.Jace Cady“

“The good part of waiting for hashbrowns is the hot and fresh.
The bad part is pull ahead and wait for a few minutes and being told you have salt in the bag when it's not.
I know that this sounds petty but today I specifically asked.
I should have checked but was in a rush. My bad.
As usual the meal was delicious.“
