Nice option to have in the mall food court. Good option for kids menu and food was good today. Staff was friendly as well.
I thought the food was very good, and had that old time feel and taste to it.

A&W Restaurant at Twelve Oaks Mall may have slow service, but the food is still great. The atmosphere in the food court is not the best, but the hot and fresh food makes up for it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even with minor miscommunications. Despite some complications with orders, the manager and employees provide excellent and fast service.
