I highly recommend finding someplace else. I spent $11.65 on a chicken tender combo and it was literally the size of a KIDS MEAL if not smaller than that even. The service is terrible. It honestly felt like he was rushing me and had an attitude the whole time.

The A&w inside Twelve Oaks Mall has the worst speed for service. I waited like 20 minutes for my food and I was on my lunch break. No comment on the atmosphere of, you know, a food court. But the food is still great as always. All I recommend is to not waste your lunch break at this Food Court A&w.

food was amazing so yummyFood was all hot and fresh. This was the first time my children had a&w and they just loved it. The girls working were friendly. Slight miscommunication on one drink but it was quickly rectified and not a big deal. I think all the chatter in the car made it hard for them to hear. (SORRY!) We ordered 3 very different meals but all 3 of us were happy!!! Excellent food and service.

I stopped by for lunch Thursday, late afternoon . My order was simple but I kind of over complicated it lol. Poor girl seemed new and I wasn’t making it any better by being scatter brained in that moment. The manager ( i didn’t get his name) was really nice . I appreciated that he wasn’t belittling towards the other employee, and super helpful to us both. Over all, very friendly and fast service . :)

I came here during my trip to Michigan on 7/29/22 and it was great! I got the grilled chicken cool wrap and it was delicious! I also got a fruit bowl on the side which was tasty. My sister got a spicy chicken sandwich which was amazing and she got fries which were delicious as well! Overall I really enjoyed this place

Some of you guys fail to realize that some places (like this specific location in twelve oaks) are extremely short staffed and only have 2 employees working at this location during a normal week. Y’all should be grateful they even showed up to serve you. And you are not the only person who orders here so yeah you’ll definitely experience a wait. It’s a mall for crying out loud. A lot of people waiting to order. You just lack patience and sympathy. Also mistakes happen and they do their best to correct them.

The workers never work. I’ve tried to get food twice in the last 30 days and the workers always say we’re only selling drinks. Went today at 4:50pm and the two workers are making food for themselves in the back and eating it while telling paying customers they can’t order food. Fire them! So many people are willing to do the job.
