Bathroom dirty, 7 ppl working it took 15 min to be helped and unable to find my mobile order. Finally left bldg and went through driveway where I waited another 15 min to get my order

I used the mobile app to make my order. I went to Wendy’s drive thru to pick up and the staff couldn’t find my order. It was busy so I said I’ll come in so I’m not holding up the drive thru. Once entering the doors of the dine in area, I find the manager standing with her arms folded with a nasty look on her face staring at me.
