“Anything Highland House owned is going to be good, but my last visit was memorable. There happened to be two Lexi pick up orders, and the girl at the counter accidentally had us pay for the wrong one. She apologized and immediately got management. The female manager (wish I caught her name because she handled the situation so well) gave us two refund options, which I thought was very kind, and then quickly processed it. Mistakes are bound to happen, but how they dealt with the situation made the inconvenience much less of a hassle.“
“Our delivery driver was so nice! Our salad accidentally got forgot which was totally okay. they were just going to refund it. I was happy with just that. People make mistakes. I make plenty lol I would tell he genuinely felt bad he forgot it but I was still happy with the pizza..he still went back and got us the salad. He got us the refund and still went back for the salad. He was so nice!! I will definitely be ordering again. Kindness goes a long way! Thank you!!“

The gentleman who usually delivers is awesome my pizza is always fresh and fast when he's there (I need to learn his name & edit this) he is also polite and professional.“
“I love living walking distance from Graceland! During the summer, when I walk my dog, we like to stop and say hi to the staff. Everyone is always so nice and full of good energy! They love on King (my dog, not "THE" King ?), and when I stop in the store without him, they ask about him.“
