“Mostly everytime I come here the ice cream is great and my blizzards are always loaded with whatever I ask for. My only issue is that the employees are so young and some of them don't seem to know how to talk to customers. Also the building is very small and it gets packed very very fast. I live in the area and have been coming here a long time so I know when to avoid this place and when to come.“

Shame they weren't able to do a banana split so I had to have a tub instead.Not sure if they usually offer tasters of the flavours, but they were adamant I taste the spicy flavour before giving me a scoop. I guess they might have had people complain as it's a unique flavour.“
“Came in super last minute and didn't know what we wanted, and these guys suggested different things to try and was super sweet and nice, didn't rush us or make us feel bad for coming in just before closing! “Super unique ice cream experience! The owner takes your order, pours the ice cream base into a bowl, and then pours liquid nitrogen over it and works the mixture using spatulas. Every order is made custom so it can take quite a while if there is a big line. He has set up a really fun kids room in the back with a toy ice cream set, games, and books! Definitely recommend!“
“Great burgers here, and they cook their waffle fries perfectly! Drive-in style set up, but you have to order at the window. Staff is always friendly, and they'll bring your food to you if they're not too busy.Portions are large, so it can be tough to save room for dessert. If you manage (sometimes it's worth just skipping), they have a wide choice of ice cream, shakes, and other frozen delights.Excellent place to bring family and friends on a warm summer day. Have a seat to eat and take in the beautiful view of the lake!“

“This is our second time door dashing Rebecca's. Patty melt, chicken soup, chicken pita, croissant breakfast sandwich and other breakfast items were all good. Some of my favorite fries! Today they forgot our patty melt meal. I called and a wonderfully helpful young man called door dash and set up for a re-delivery for us, he even called back to apologize and confirm we received our replacement ! Above and Beyond. “We come her at least once-twice a month! Never had a bad experience here. Tonight was a little bit more special though because while we were having dinner, unfortunately our toddler had gotten sick and threw up on the floor, the manger (I can’t remember her name but it was a woman with shorter hair with glasses) helped me and my husband so much during this situation, reassured that everything was ok and then proceeded to help me clean everything up while my husband took our toddler to the bathroom. Just a very wholesome moment, there are still good people out there who understands it’s tough having a kid! Thank you so much!!“
“This is a harsh review. I really do love this place! But a small coffee costs $7 and the sandwiches are always super salty and way too spicy for the average person. The bravocado is good but my mouth is on fire...Lots of seating, but the tables kind of suck and the chairs don't line up with the table heights. A small thing makes a big difference if you're wanting to come work on stuff. Just a heads up.“

“The service here is outstanding. Hanna and Todd showed friendly and professional service. Before I ordered, i told them about my fruit allergies to anything in the orange family. They understood and showed me that they could still make incredible treats. Other fruits I'm good with except oranges. Time after time they delivered.A couple of weeks ago, though, I noticed these cakes they have in the freezer. I told them I'll be ordering in the future for my mom birthday may 29. After a couple of weeks my sis told me she'll buy the cake from somewhere else. I said ok cool. But when my mombirthday came up she forgot to buy the cake. So I was furious and called an audible and drove 40 min Detroit to Novi. Thankfully, the same woman was there, Hanna. That took care of me before. I told her about my situation and she took action. She quickly put some writing on the cake for me. I paid for the cake and wow, it looked great. Now, from one of the photos, a couple of pieces were slightly removed, that's only because I was carrying the cake in the house. But we tore it up. Taste great, smooth vanilla ice cream with strawberries and shortcake pieces. My mom loved it. Thank you, Todd and Hanna, for everything. I love you guys. Once again, you save me.“

“The best Dairy Queen in town. The prices at 50% less than the one by the high school and the staff is amazingly friendly and patient. They listened to a Four year old order and were so attentive and when she couldn’t eat it because it had chocolate in it and she can’t eat chocolate they re made it. They even have us free drinking water with ice! Amazing service“
“There was one very hard working, polite, conscientious young man working at 4:30 pm on a beautiful, sunny Sunday. He was working the counter, the drive thru, taking Door Dash and phone orders. It was busy, and he was doing a phenomenal job, but it was simply way too much work for one person, no matter how efficient he was. We waited 1/2 hour to get served. Many people left. We probably would have if we hadn't promised our grandchildren ice cream. The owners are lucky he did not lock up and walk out.“
