“Here’s my heartfelt review of Sweet Timez Indian Sweets & Bakery based on my delightful visit:________________________________________? Sweet Timez Indian Sweets & Bakery: A Flavorful Journey to India ?As I stepped into Sweet Timez Indian Sweets & Bakery, I was instantly enveloped in a warm and aromatic embrace. The air carried whispers of spices, and the vibrant colors of Indian sweets beckoned me forward. It was as if I had crossed continents and landed right in the heart of India. The cozy interior transported me to a bustling street in Hyderabad. I felt like a welcomed guest in someone’s home. The staff at Sweet Timez were paragons of hospitality. Their smiles were genuine, and their recommendations were spot-on.We wanted to order a fruit cake for an important occasion at our house. The Cake Chef himself spent a considerable time with us to understand what exactly we wanted in the cake design and other specifications. Finally, for the occasion itself, Sweet Timez Cake Chef made us a beautiful and delicious two-tier fruit cake that was very soft and moist. This cake was liked by each one of our guests. My wife was especially thankful to the Cake Chef who prepared this tasty cake which made an indelible impression in our minds. To give my overall experience, I would say it in one word: memorable. Sweet Timez isn’t just a bakery; it’s a portal to India’s culinary soul. I left with a bag of assorted sweets, a heart full of gratitude, and a promise to return.Dear fellow dessert enthusiasts, do yourself a favor: Visit Sweet Timez Indian Sweets & Bakery. “Our friends introduced us to this wonderful place in Farmington Hills, where we had the opportunity to try their delectable ice cream. We were absolutely delighted with the flavors and quality. The location is stunning, and the portions are generous, offering a wide range of options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of flavors available at this fantastic ice cream shop.“
“Ice cream is refreshing and very easy to eat. The menu is rich and you'll want to try a lot of different things. The portion size is average compared to other ice cream shops, so it might be a bit of a disappointment for those expecting American-sized ice cream...“
“The sushi crepe and kitkat sundae we had were delicious! So so good!! I will absolutely go again just to have it again. I wasn’t a fan of the ice creams tho. They were average, nothing special. So 100% recommend trying their chocolate menu“
“My friend brought me two slices of cheesecake as a birthday gift, and I can confidently say that they were the best pieces of cheesecake I have ever had. I haven’t found a bakery where the crust to cheesecake ratio was just right, and Coffee + Cream nailed it. My absolute favorite part of cheesecake is the edge with the crust, and I have to say that this was the most exquisite crust I have ever tasted. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who loves cheesecake as much as I do.“
“I absolutely fell in love with Booza today. My husband and son went with me to try it, after learning about Booza on social media. It was worth the drive to Dearborn from Lansing! The baklava was flakey and the Ashta flavor was so light! We got scoop cups of Ashta, Kiwi, Mastic Gum, Strawberry, and Lemon Sorbet, each beautiful in their own way.“
“I love how big they are so you can get different flavors and share while still getting a great portion size. I love that cookies are on rotation. Smart business strategy!!! Can't tell you how many times I go back to back weeks just to try different flavors.“
“Great burgers here, and they cook their waffle fries perfectly! Drive-in style set up, but you have to order at the window. Staff is always friendly, and they'll bring your food to you if they're not too busy.Portions are large, so it can be tough to save room for dessert. If you manage (sometimes it's worth just skipping), they have a wide choice of ice cream, shakes, and other frozen delights.Excellent place to bring family and friends on a warm summer day. Have a seat to eat and take in the beautiful view of the lake!“
“Coming here for 20+ years Best homemade REAL ice Cream.Seriously ALL Vicki's Ice cream is made in house & still Vickis Prices are the best around. All The classics & Many unique flavors/combinations, something new everytime I go.Nostalgic retro shop with original throwback decor. “I have been to crumbl for 8 weeks straight and i cant stop the addiction. That is 32 cookies. We eat crumbl before hockey practice every week. Hockey szn might be over now… but crumbl szn is not. Im doing this to get 100 crumbl points. Update I got $10 in crumbl cash can’t wait to try bday cake Oreo this week ? ????? ???❤️? ?? ? ??“
“Awesome little spot! Had never been and didn’t know they closed at 8, just decided to pull in as I drove past. Owner was shutting the open sign off but noticed me in the turn lane and waved me in. Excellent service, it will definitely be my families go-to spot this summer!“
“Super delicious! My family and I had a difficult time deciding on what flavor we wanted. They have so many delicious flavors to choose from. I finally just selected one because I knew we would be back and eventually I’d have them all. The shop is cute, very clean, and they are so nice. We will be back for sure. If you haven’t stopped in and gave them a try I highly recommend you do.“
“delicious sugar free pumpkin latte, they made the recommendation and I loved it. Very friendly people. Only my 3rd time there bc its out of my way, but was at the Hawk across the street and whipped in there on the way home for a cold treat on a nice sunny fall day.“
“After going to nearly every ice cream shop in the Ann Arbor, Northville, Plymouth and Canton area, this is our family’s favorite. The hard scoop ice cream is great, kids love the soft serve, the prices seem like they’re from pre 2020 and the is both friendly and quick! Even if you see a larger line out front, it’s worth a stop and you’ll be happy you did. Also, there are carousel horses around the outside for the kids to sit in while happily eating their ice cream. Pretty adorable!“
“This is our second time door dashing Rebecca's. Patty melt, chicken soup, chicken pita, croissant breakfast sandwich and other breakfast items were all good. Some of my favorite fries! Today they forgot our patty melt meal. I called and a wonderfully helpful young man called door dash and set up for a re-delivery for us, he even called back to apologize and confirm we received our replacement ! Above and Beyond. There are so many places that lack basic customer service. Thank you Rebecca's!“
“I used to frequent Rita's often when I lived in Maryland. I was ecstatic when this location opened up now that I'm back home in Michigan. I love this place - great Italian ice and amazing custard. The flavor variety here is the best. Italian ice is fresh and fruity. I highly recommend you visit especially on warm and hot spring or summer days. They are open seasonally. Some of the nicest people work here. Me and my daughter are regulars!“
“If you like trying different flavors of bubble tea and donuts that'd make it your taste buds go crazy make sure you stop here I grabbed donuts today when I say the banana pudding donuts are so good words can't describe they have a wide variety of creative sweets it's a must tryKid-friendliness: Kids would love this place“
“Update: Mo reached out to me after 1st visit and review and asked that we give it a try again. It took some time to make it back again, but he personally remade our order, and it was amazing. The apple cinnamon crepe is so good when it's warm. The kids also enjoyed theirs this time.I understand that sometimes things just don't go right and am happy they decided to make it right.Thank you.My wife saw it on the morning news and just had to try... wrong idea. Was not busy at all, only 1 customer inside. Not a food place, more for desserts. But we ordered 2 waffles and the apple cinnamon crepe. They all look good, but nope. Apples would be better warm, not nice cold. Also ordered two cappuccinos. Had to basically beg for them twice as they never made them. They finally were done after we had eaten.Nice try, but it needs work. Also, it's way too pricey for what you get.“
“Sweet Spots in Farmington Hills is just the best place for a kids' party, and I can't recommend it enough! We just celebrated my daughter Kennadee's 12th birthday there, and it was amazing from start to finish. The place is like a wonderland for young girls. They have everything! My daughter and her friends got to do their hair and makeup, sing their hearts out at karaoke, strut their stuff in a fashion show, and play fun games like limbo. It's like every fun thing they could imagine, all in one spot. The food and treats were out of this world too. There was cotton candy and all kinds of snacks that the kids loved. But let me tell you, the real star of the show was the ice cream. Pauline, the owner, has this massive selection of flavors and toppings. The kids had a blast making their own ice cream creations. They felt like they were in a movie, like they'd stepped right into Willy Wonka's chocolate factory or something. Pauline is just the nicest person and made sure everything was perfect. She really cares and goes out of her way to make the party special. She even got a butterfly piñata, knowing how much my daughter loves butterflies. It's those little touches that make a big difference. It's not just a business for her; you can tell she loves making kids happy. And another great thing? It's affordable. We looked at places like Zap Zone, Urban Air, and Bonaventure, but Sweet Spots gave us so much more for our money. It's a unique experience that doesn't break the bank. If you're looking for a place to make your child's party unforgettable, you have to check out Sweet Spots in Farmington Hills. It's a place where kids can just have a blast, feel special, and make memories they'll always remember.“
“4.2024It was always full so I couldn't get in, but I finally got around to it at the right time. Even though it was past 8:30 p.m., there was a huge line for ice cream. I'm so excited and confused by the 50 different flavors available. I sampled the flavors I was interested in, but they weren't quite what I expected, so I ordered Strawberry cheesecake and Cookies & Cream. Less sweetness is better. Strawberry cheesecake is so delicious! It was sold in packs in the store, so I'll buy it next time. I also purchased 1.5QUART Chocolate for home use. This one is also not too sweet and once you start eating it, you won't be able to stop. Next time I'll visit you sooner!“
“I was there on 12-22-23 around 8:00pm the lady that works there has great customer service and good attitude she's the only reason I go there.... all the dairy queens have the same ice cream customer service is what makes big difference.“
“I'm so glad it's spring and Dairy King is back open! There are plenty of choices for ice cream in Downtown Plymouth, but Dairy King remains my favorite. They have reasonably priced treats, a great location, and their ice cream is delicious! Choose from soft serve, Guernsey Dairy, and Ashby's“
“This place was nothing short of amazing all around. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was top notch as well. We brought in a group of around 25 people and they accommodated us extremely well and with more than fair pricing. Definitely looking forward to returning!“
“The Alpine Chocolat Haus has outstanding service, delicious products, and very clean facilities.During the 2024 Plymouth Ice Festival (or shall I say, the Slush festival) my husband and I walked around down town Plymouth and decided to pop in this shop. The store was packed wall to wall! It was clear that their chocolate goods were very popular. We decided to buy some caramel corn mix, a marshmallow chocolate, and a peanut butter cup. There was a promotion at the time, I can’t remember what it was, but it was nice to be able to purchase quality chocolates that didn’t break the bank!I have the mindset of if you can support a small business with your purchases, you should! Instead of buying the big-brand stuff, please consider making a purchase that supports a small town business like Alpine Chocolat Haus! Supporting their business not only keeps the economy close to home, but it supports a business with strong ties to our community and a business who doesn’t shy away from supporting local fund raisers and schools.Fun story - my husband and I both went back on our own to purchase each other some chocolate for Valentine’s Day. We couldn’t stop laughing when we realized we purchased each other the same thing!“
“favorite place to get ice cream in livonia. the only place i’ve ever gotten cookie dough topping where it’s NOT stale. every time it’s so soft and fresh. not to mention the staff is super sweet and helpful. it always looks super clean as well.“
“My daughter and I came in to check this place out and I was surprised to see a frozen yogurt bar similar to Menchies. I went straight to that and I feel like they hadn’t been used in a while, some of them had drips and ice crystals on them. It was yummy, but I wish there were more topping options. My daughter got a cup of strawberry gelato. She enjoyed it too. I was a bit sad to see we were the only ones there, so it was pretty quiet.“
“I love this place. Fantastic for birthday cakes/special occasion desserts. Where I usually go to most of the time in those cases. As well as if you just want to grab an assortment of little desserts (my favorite thing to do here) or a scoop of ice cream alternatively!Pic is of the birthday cake I got for my grandfather this year! He raved about it for weeks! I’m so happy he enjoyed it so much!Parking: EasyKid-friendliness: AbsolutelyWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“My go-to ice cream spot, even though I live 20 minutes away now. Love the long hours and the lotus biscoff sundaeupdate: love the new expansion and decor. I visited today (Feb 18, 2024) and want to shout-out the two employees there, who were patient, friendly, and made great ice cream for us. La Gelati has the best service and best ice cream“
“Even though we're both on weight-loss journeys so that we can get in better shape for our kid (which is going really well as we're on a program where we're losing weight without having to give up the foods we love), and my wife and I still get to come here every once in awhile to enjoy a little ice cream with our little one.The staff are always very friendly. The prices are reasonable and they have a decent selection of ice cream.I'm not much for a fancy flavors or toppings myself, opting for a simple chocolate vanilla twist. This place always seems pretty busy around dinner time onward. But it wasn't too bad today.“
“We love this DQ location & are quickly becoming regulars! It's clean (inside & out), service is quick, employees are efficient & always very friendly. My lil' guy (2½ yrs. old) considers himself to be a V.I.P. the second he's in the door, as well as, a local celebrity of sorts.“
“We come her at least once-twice a month! Never had a bad experience here. Tonight was a little bit more special though because while we were having dinner, unfortunately our toddler had gotten sick and threw up on the floor, the manger (I can’t remember her name but it was a woman with shorter hair with glasses) helped me and my husband so much during this situation, reassured that everything was ok and then proceeded to help me clean everything up while my husband took our toddler to the bathroom. Just a very wholesome moment, there are still good people out there who understands it’s tough having a kid! Thank you so much!!“
“Out of all the Dairy Queens in the area I drive out of my way to come to this location because the staff is great, I never have to wait long. Jojo and Rachel always have a smile on their faces as well as the other employees. It’s slightly embarrassing but they know my usual order and they always make it perfectly.“
“Not much to say but your average DQ. They do not have a grill so truly just your basic ice cream, blizzard, cones and shakes. They do have cakes which you can never go wrong with. I have been guilty of getting a cake here just because for the fudge and chocolate crunchies in the middle!! Nice staff and can always get in and out quickly.“
“Great ice cream and menu of offerings. During busy times, the drive thru lines up, so they have girls working the drive thru to keep it moving. During my most recent visit I guess I got the crabby car hop- she snapped at me when I asked about a menu item. (WTF?) After I eventually made my way around to the pickup window (having watched several cars behind me get their orders first) and waiting for what was reasonable to wait, I knocked on the window. I was again snapped at by a haggered looking older woman that basically told me my order was more difficult to make -or- maybe it was lost (WTF!?). After she berated me a bit more, I finally asked if I could pay for my order and receive it. She ticked & hissed at me, said nothing, took my order and eventually I received my order - that had to be re-made since apparently it was lost. Too bad Broomhilda and her staff were such wenches, because I'm normally an excellent tipper. Cheers.“
“Love bringing the kids here for their favorite Superman and Michigan Pothole ice cream flavors. I haven’t found another ice cream place around with the amount of flavors they have. Staff is very friendly and the store is very clean, every time we come in. Ice cream cakes are very good too, we get the kids one on their birthdays every year and it never disappoints.“
“Such a cute place with awesome ice cream inventions and very sweet staff ?I got the turtle waffle nachos - so good, what a great idea! These can be customized any way imaginable.Really cool outside seating, decorated with bails of hay for the fall. I’m thrilled I discovered this place!“
“We had a person with us who was highly allergic to dairy. I spoke to the owners and they explained about their dairy free options and how no other yogurt went through those specific machines. Very nice people, always clean in their store.Vegetarian options: They have vegan options.“
“I conveniently ordered a birthday cake for my daughter online. This is the only DQ near me that has online ordering. When I went in to pick it up, the employees were friendly and helpful. The dining area is cute and clean. The cake was ready at the requested time, and it looked great. Even better . . . it was delicious and was just what my daughter wanted. It's a little tricky getting in and out of their driveway on Ford Rd., so during periods of high traffic I'd recommend exiting onto Newburgh Rd. behind the carwash instead of trying to turn left onto Ford.“
“I have always loved the fish here. Thick and flaky always good. Large piecesBUTI have to say last Friday when I went I was very disappointed in the size. It seems like all the things we buy now are costing more and shrinking portions. But don't get me wrong it is still tasty food. So my take is I will still return because the quality has not suffered“
“This place Is so tempting every time I go! The customer service is great! I had the boba taro tea! I haven’t had such a good tea in a bit! I love that their menu explains what you can add to your drink! We also had their curly fries, so good! Their sandwiches look so tasty! I recommend 100%!“
“I had not had Dairy Queen in YEARS. Decided to treat myself after a year long weight loss journey. Had a vanilla shake! OMG! I enjoyed every single calorie without guilt. LOL. Can't wait to go back but I'll need to pace myself. “
“Shout Out to Donyelle Anderson and Here's The Scoop Ice Cream truck for taking the time out of their busy day to circle back and selling the Lume Southfield team some of the best ice cream I've had in a VERY long time. I had the Superman and Y'ALL...I almost cried. Make sure to follow them on all socials so you too can enjoy the "Here's the Scoop" experience.“
“I came in and was debating on what to get bc there were so many great options. The employee on shift suggested I try the cotton candy hard scoop (a flavor I wouldn’t have thought to try in a million years) and it was amazing. Definitely better than I expected and now one of my favorites along with the black cherry hard scoop. My go to spot when I’m in the mood for ice cream and the drive thru is a plus!“
“The owner was nice & knowledgeable. There are risers in front of the ice cream So kids can stand on them to see. My son took full advantage. Everything was delicious & the ice cream is high quality. Fun, throwback & novelty candy available all around the counter!“
“10/23/23: Came in for a sweet treat for our friend visiting from out of state. Had to take her out for original Michigan ice cream and fudge! We enjoyed our treats and the three young ladies working were a delight! They shared a little Kilwins history with us, details about fudge and ice cream, were very friendly, attentive, and professional. Thank you!“
“My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional-all the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. The owner is clearly doing a great job! It honestly felt like old times, when customer service was considered important. Food was good, clean atmosphere...we will definitely be back!“
“Had the opportunity to stop into this combo pizza place and ice cream parlor for a photoshoot. Ahmed, Malik, Jasmine, Ali, and Haley at Top of The Cone in Plymouth / South Lyon all treat you like family when you come by and are ready to serve! While the ice cream shop has been here for some time, they are also starting a pizza place with different pizzas, sandwiches, and fried foods. If you are around Plymouth / South Lyon and want some good food after your car wash next door, or just looking for some delicious ice cream, stop in and give them a shot!“
“I loved this place and it's delicious treats the first time I came so when my son and daughter-in-law came from Chicago I organized a family gathering. Eight of us drank Turkish coffee and ate home made ice cream and Syrian delights, chattng for over 2 hours. I love this place!“
“Love the fun atmosphere here and the comic book store within. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I love the milk tea taro flavor. My friend got the matcha oat milk tea she loved it.I have been to 2 of their locations in the past. Both are great. They have another one that opened I haven't been to yet.“
“One of my favorite places to come, in the summer time especially. Such a staple in Farmington. I love that there is a drive thru option. They rotate dole whip flavors which is amazing. Such a classic, old school, vintage ice cream place feel//aesthetic. Service is always good, very efficient timing- even when busy. 10/10 forever.“
