The service is pretty good, with associates like Justin, Jacob, and Jason who go over and beyond. One associate gave a mini cookie to sample when a flavor was out. Even when an order got messed up and the store never called back, the staff were so gracious when contacted, and customers ordered 2 more times without issues. Another customer praised Jacob and his crew for great service and a positive, motivational attitude during a son's 4th birthday. Orders through the app are hot and ready right at pick up time, with very friendly employees who even let customers get a picture of the cookies.
