It’s not often that customer service impresses me, but I had an excellent experience here during my last visit (5/10/23 afternoon). I was having a rough day, asked for a ridiculous ice cream concoction (ice cream with Oreo and hot fudge…with the Oreo blended in and the hot fudge on top) and the young lady was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make a yummy treat for me—which was exactly what I was hoping for! Such a nice experience!
Ice cream was fantastic. Best blizzard I’ve had in a while. Staff was kind but slow despite not being busy. It seemed like a small space for them to work effectively in though. Will be coming again!

It's DQ. Ice cream is always good. But when you pay for a LARGE cone, you should get LARGE. More often than not they only put an amount that equals medium, so you are not getting what you pay for.And it's always sloppy and falling over. They need some training on proper technique and amounts.
