Generally I go through the drive thru, so foods almost always hit or miss. This time around I've basically lost my voice so I had to go inside the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful even wrote out that they were out of a certain sauce I had ordered. I don't know enough sign language but damn if I had lost my hearing this would be the place I went to. I would give 10 stars just for this experience alone, only giving 4 because of messed up orders prior.
Went there on Fourth of July and the guy at the drive-through was great. Very nice

Taco Bell at Cooley Lake location offers amazing service and delicious food. The employees go above and beyond to ensure orders are accurate and well-prepared. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the genuine, hardworking staff. The friendly service and tasty food make it worth the wait, even when short-staffed. Some customers have experienced issues with orders, receiving incorrect items or smaller portions than expected. The drive thru programmed attendant is very loud. Hayle was patient, helpful and knowledgeable with the menu. Manager Calib is pleasant and professional. Food was nice and hot, and as expected. The time to complete orders in the drive thru can take a long time.
