This place resembles one of the higher end Vegas (locals) hangouts, and the food is just as comparable. We've had Joy as a server a few times and she is a excellent complement to the experience, and completely on top of everything! “It was my first time dining at STH and it wouldn’t be the last. My crab cake appetizer was great and I had the Chuckawalla chicken without the goat cheese and it was delicious. While I was placing my order our waitress asked if I was happy with the sides it came with or if I’d like to change them. No one has ever asked that before. I had the asparagus and swapped out the mashed potatoes for the brussel sprouts. The only thing that could have been better was if the asparagus had been seasoned better. A little salt and pepper fixed that. An all around great experience.“

Today they forgot our patty melt meal. I called and a wonderfully helpful young man called door dash and set up for a re-delivery for us, he even called back to apologize and confirm we received our replacement ! Above and Beyond. “The food was great! I had the meatloaf special and it was very interesting. The meatloaf had the taste of a normal meatloaf, but instead of serving it with ketchup, it was served with gravy. I was skeptical of the combo, but it was a really great combo, especially paired with the mashed potatoes. The service was great, and all the waitresses worked together to help if the other was busy, so we were always taken care of. I will say the biggest complaint is that you will smell like the cooking when you leave the building. It was a small price to pay for a great meal.“

Entrees were Steak Diane a true classic that is perfectly executed and a special of Blue chicken the is worthy of consideration for a permanent spot on the menu. Although we did not enjoy dessert I got some views of others having the pleasure and next time I'll save room and indulge. There is a interesting mix of signature cocktails, full service bar with local craft beers, a thoughtful wine list that covers all the bases from a weeknight trying something new and not spending a fortune to let's make it special a go for a classic Cabernet. When the host took our name, he mentioned that they made us a personalized Happy Birthday menu (it was the cutest) and set us up at a cute little table where we could have some privacy. The ONLY drawback was that we were sat specifically so we could have a little privacy and quiet, but then, about a half hour in, the loudest group of seniors sat at a 12 top next to us. Within the first two minutes, they had managed to spill three drinks and knock over two chairs. They also brought in their own food, which I felt was disrespectful, but the restaurant was very accommodating. The food was amazing, and the bill was much less than I expected. They treated me like someone who's been there many times, not like a first-timer. I liked that the restaurant felt large and clean as well. I ordered the corned beef and Swiss omelette. I don't know how, but I think it was the best corned beef omelette I've ever had -- including from local delicatessens that are known for corned beef! I was a little disappointed that my hash browns weren't actually brown, but they were so full of flavor that it turned out not to matter. As many have said, the portions are large, so I brought home half of everything to enjoy another day.
