I understand why they don't have someone to hostess alone. The wait staff seemed to be hostessing also. That's fine but they were busy and it seemed a bit difficult for them to do.Once we were seated, our waitress was great! Attentive but, not overly so. I am terrible for not getting her name but, she was nice and I commented on what looked like a rainbow display of pens across her apron. (Her pens are unique. This restaurant has been in Highland for a long time.It's the little gem that a lot of people overlook.Great food, friendly staff and quick service.Highly recommend for your next meal whether you dine in or take-out.

This summer I threw a surprise 70th birthday party for my wife for about 24 people. After checking a dozen or so places in the area, I decided on the Dukes and I couldn't be happier about my decision. They catered quickly to our every request and gave us a whole room to ourselves.
