The slowest, rudest, dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been too. Staff was so rude to customers in front of me. No apology for messing up their order, I felt so bad for the girl when she asked for her burrito to be re-wrapped, and they dumped it into a new shell took so long doing it and then didn't even apologize to the woman. This location should be shut down. It’s atrocious.
My wife and I visited this location at noon today and were deeply disappointed by the management's conduct. After asking an employee who was in charge, we were informed that the manager on duty was David.
Shortly after, we witnessed David publicly reprimand and humiliate a young employee in front of a full line of customers. He then instructed other staff members not to assist, leaving this young man to manage the entire lunch rush alone before David walked out entirely.
