This was the first time I visited this particular store. I was not impressed by the food. Normally I always get the same things and they always taste the same but by the time I got home my food was cold. They did not give me a lot of chicken I had to ask them to put on more, I mean I had rice for days but zero chicken literally the guy gave me on my bowl I'm not joking 15 pieces and thought that I was going to be happy with that. I work close and every time we try to come to this location there is an issue. The staff is extremely rude. They are always out of something that is a nessesity. Today I walked in at 10 past 11am. The lady says they don't open until 11:30 and they are out of rice anyways. Didnt offer any apology and seemed to have an attitude. Then I look on Google when I get to my car and their open time says 10:45am... what the heck!

The whole establishment is horrible. I walked in mid day around 3:45 there were literally 17 people ahead of me in line I waited 45 minutes in line to get my food as there was only one person working the line the lady who seemed to be the boss stepped in and stood there doing what Im not sure and not fulfilling customer orders at all!
