“My husband and I stopped in for a quick meal to take home we were told there was a 12 minute wait which was an inconvenience especially since this was the 2nd KFC that told us the chickens not ready ....the reason I gave the five star is that the young man working at the counter and the register and the drive through and the delivery pickups (at least as a customer that's what I saw in the 17 minutes I was there) he stayed calm cool and collected while the other employees were frazzled......Somebody put Sal in charge so he can start managing that place instead of putting out fires!!! Also just to mention there was not a manager to be seen“

“Best food in the city. Every piece is tender, the staff treats you life family and it's inside the ab market which has a lil bit of everything you could need. They remember you and remember your favorites. They are some good peoples i don't even eat chicken from anywhere else if I can't get it from here. Compared to the likes of kfc and Popeyes, you can taste the love and respect they have for there customers and the value of the food 10/10 highly recommend if you love fried chicken please give them a try even if it's one time. Also it's family owned so can't beat the friendly neighborhood market“

The ice cream mixers pair nicely with how hot the food can be ordered! If you’re doing the hot or spicier options, pair it with the ice cream mixers!“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! “This use to be my favorite spot,but in the last two months the service has been horrible. They have ran out of cat fish nuggets,tenders. Seriously they need to have more staff than 2 people trying to run a very busy spot. I actually feel bad for the workers here. Also what's up with the menu on here vs menu there they don't even match. One night I came in here and they didn't even answer the phones bc they were too busy and they only had one worker taking orders and cooking. This is very unacceptable and the owners need to clean this place up. Get your restaurant more staff,order enough food that you don't keep running out. I've already had to find a different place off Van Born at wallys and I have to say they a have plenty of workers,never run out out food.orders are correct and I don't even want to come here and I would come here at least twice a week with big orders. I called Friday and they were screaming at each other I didn't even pick my order up! Such a disappointment bc this place was amazing

“Ordered through Doordash at 10PM on Christmas evening! What a lifesaver. Dark meat chicken is so good. Lightly breaded (if any breading at all). The skin is very crispy and tasty. Ate it with pickled jalapeno and fried pickles. Reasonable price.“

“I recently had Krispy Krunchy Chicken cater, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The wings were out of this world—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Seriously, the best wings I’ve ever had. The fries were just as awesome, perfectly seasoned, and super crunchy.

But what really stood out was the quality and freshness of the chicken. You could tell they use top-notch ingredients. Every bite was a joy. The workers were fantastic,friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They really went above and beyond to make our event special.

I’m not sure who this one gentleman is, but his customer service is a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad when he answers the phone. For me, customer service is where it starts. If that’s not a priority, I will not patronize. Unfortunately, I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the ladies. It wasn’t a confrontation, but her demeanor came off as if taking orders was outside of her scope of work. A positive attitude goes a long way. It makes the day better for everyone. “This was my first visit, and I was served by a young man who looked younger than my 13-year-old son. Even so, his customer service was excellent and truly impressed me. It’s refreshing to see such polite, professional young people.

I came back several more times because of that great experience. I haven’t seen him again, but he definitely earned this business a loyal customer. To his parents, thank you for raising such a respectful young man.

The food was also great the chicken, potato wedges, and mashed potatoes taste like they were instant mashed potatoes, but they were also good. I first stopped in on my lunch break, and the next two times I came back, I bought enough to feed several coworkers.

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC) is an upstart Liquor Store/Gas Station chicken restaurant. I had 2 pieces of fish and two thighs with 3 Jalapeño peppers. Delicious. This store sprinkles a lemon-pepper seasoning on the chicken as a topping. Filled my hunger and satisfied my capsaicin addiction. Chicken was hot, flavorful, and juicy. I've been to other KKC stores that haven't been as good with quality (possibly because of the time of day), but these guys had it right. Juicy flavorful meat, crunchy skin, and not bad for the price. 2 pieces of fish, 2 thighs, and 3 Jalapeño peppers for $13.60. Will go again.“
