“My husband and I stopped in for a quick meal to take home we were told there was a 12 minute wait which was an inconvenience especially since this was the 2nd KFC that told us the chickens not ready ....the reason I gave the five star is that the young man working at the counter and the register and the drive through and the delivery pickups (at least as a customer that's what I saw in the 17 minutes I was there) he stayed calm cool and collected while the other employees were frazzled......Somebody put Sal in charge so he can start managing that place instead of putting out fires!!! Also just to mention there was not a manager to be seen“

“This restaurant serves the best food.
It is absolutely delicious! Their chicken is delicious and crispy, and the potato wedges, mashed potatoes, and gravy are all excellent. My kids enjoy getting the chicken nuggets and the Cajun chicken sandwich from this place. We go there even though it's 25 minutes away from where I live. But it's worth it. The employees are friendly and professional, and the facility is clean and well-maintained.“

“I ordered the fried salmon dinner with French fries, coleslaw, a drink, and a slice of lemon pound cake—and everything was delicious and perfectly cooked! The fried salmon came in four to five nice-sized pieces, crispy and fresh. The French fries were hot and crispy, and the coleslaw was fresh with a great crunch. The lemon pound cake was melt-in-your-mouth moist and packed with flavor.

On top of the amazing food, the staff was extra accommodating and very friendly. The restaurant was neat and clean, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be back to 7 Mile Fish & Chicken. Thanks! 😊🙌“

Normally have great food, great staff ect... however... tonight I belive the manager she was short, bossy, rude, black hair....was very very rude to her staff down talking them, I could tell they where becoming embarrassed. it's okay to correct your team members but you need to do it privately and definitely not in the way she was. also if you ran outta food it's not the customers fault and if you know the prices so we'll, than you should know it's a Friday and you should have food up for your rushes. if she treats her team members like this, how awful must she treat them when the doors are locked?“

“I recently had Krispy Krunchy Chicken cater, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The wings were out of this world—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Seriously, the best wings I’ve ever had. The fries were just as awesome, perfectly seasoned, and super crunchy.

But what really stood out was the quality and freshness of the chicken. You could tell they use top-notch ingredients. Every bite was a joy. The workers were fantastic,friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They really went above and beyond to make our event special.

If you’re looking for amazing food and great service, I can’t recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken enough. They totally nailed it!“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“I love to support this restaurant. I learned about it when I moved to the area. My food is always hot and fresh! I’m not sure who this one gentleman is, but his customer service is a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad when he answers the phone. For me, customer service is where it starts. If that’s not a priority, I will not patronize. Unfortunately, I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the ladies. It wasn’t a confrontation, but her demeanor came off as if taking orders was outside of her scope of work. A positive attitude goes a long way. It makes the day better for everyone. I just gave her patience and grace. You never know what someone is going through. Not a big deal and I understand, but I thought it was worth mentioning because hopefully it helps. “Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC) is an upstart Liquor Store/Gas Station chicken restaurant. I had 2 pieces of fish and two thighs with 3 Jalapeño peppers. Delicious. This store sprinkles a lemon-pepper seasoning on the chicken as a topping. Filled my hunger and satisfied my capsaicin addiction. Chicken was hot, flavorful, and juicy. I've been to other KKC stores that haven't been as good with quality (possibly because of the time of day), but these guys had it right. Juicy flavorful meat, crunchy skin, and not bad for the price. 2 pieces of fish, 2 thighs, and 3 Jalapeño peppers for $13.60. Will go again.“
