I placed a to go order over the phone when I came in I was greeted by Jessica! I was in there for a while waiting on my order and I watched her give some of the best customer service to two other guests that also came in to pick up their orders…. She made sure everyone had what they wanted/needed in their bags they had their drinks and every side that came with the order…. She had such a beautiful spirit and really uplifted my mood…. I phoned my order in. The Ai person said 15 minutes, I got there in 20 minutes because the food is usually too hot to eat right away, which is good, but I wanted to eat it quickly because I have a short lunch. But it still wasn't ready. The staff was friendly though.
