KFC has received mixed reviews, but the restaurant continues to strive for excellence. The manager, Chris, and the new staff are praised for their excellent service, friendliness, and efficiency. The food is generally appreciated, with the exception of occasional issues with availability of certain items and longer wait times. However, the workers are described as pleasant, and the food quality is generally good, with the chicken being hot and tasty. The restaurant is known for its continuous cleaning efforts, even when understaffed. While some customers have expressed disappointment with certain menu items, the overall experience at this KFC location is positive.
