Last week, I ordered a works pizza for my family and it was so doughy that we couldn’t eat two of the pieces. We paid for pizza we couldn’t eat. I called to tell them this a few days later and see if there was anything they could do to make it right and they said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t call back the same day. We won’t be ordering from this location anymore. Terrible customer service.
Management there is not very nice. I have seen the owner belittle his workers in front of customers. Not enough staff, but that is understandable with the management they have.I would order from Ashley again. She was kind and made my pizza just the way I like it. The only enjoyable part of going there.

Called in an order. Was told by the representative (call service company, not someonefrom actual store. So they don't know what's actually going on.) Was told it would be about 20 minutes. Get there after about 15 minutes. Was told by an employee that it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. There were only two workers. They were so busy, but they were very nice about it. The gentleman just kept apologizing for the longer wait.
