Called in an order. Was told by the representative (call service company, not someonefrom actual store. So they don't know what's actually going on.) Was told it would be about 20 minutes. Get there after about 15 minutes. Was told by an employee that it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. There were only two workers. They were so busy, but they were very nice about it. The gentleman just kept apologizing for the longer wait.

Last week, I ordered a works pizza for my family and it was so doughy that we couldn’t eat two of the pieces. We paid for pizza we couldn’t eat. I called to tell them this a few days later and see if there was anything they could do to make it right and they said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t call back the same day. We won’t be ordering from this location anymore. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a pizza about 45 minutes before they closed for delivery. I waited and waited. The website was tracking it and everything I had an order number finally before they closed 10 minutes after my delivery time, I called them. they didn't Answer. They did not reach out or anything but reversed my credit card charge. I'm disappointed on how this was handled on a management level.... And im hungry, I am hangry enough to write a review on a pizza place
The woman who took my order was nice. However, she said my pizza would be delivered in 30-40 min and it took almost 2 hours. AND, it was cold and smashed to one side of the box when I received it.

I ordered over the phone, DoorDash delivered it and when I called the shop to tell them the manager was a complete A-hole about the whole situation, told me they never had an order with my name. Pizza was under cooked, bread looked like my delivery driver was tossing the box around his car, complete mess. Manager is a piece of work, will never order here again.

Worst customer service. Manager was very rude to me and has zero customer empathy. My pizza was missing from my delivery, and instead of offering to help, this person told me “I’m not trying to get anyone fired here…” completely missing the point that I don’t have a pizza (dinner for my kids) that I paid for. What a racket.
