So obviously nothing was done!!!! They don't care!!
DO NOT respond to their link, it's a waste of time. I responded immediately, nothing was done, no call, email or anything!!! STAY FAR AWAY, drive to the next one!

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s location, and this is a very serious concern that needs immediate attention from ownership and upper management. On my visit on May 16th, 2026 around 12:13 PM, there were multiple alarming issues involving customer service, food quality, employee behavior, and possible food safety concerns.

This McDonald’s only has one cook and is a little backed up. It took a little bit to get my food, but the customer service was so top notch, they deserve a good review.
