I ordered a McChicken and added cheese, tomatoes and pickles. Everyone knows that cheese and tomatoes are a additional fee, well when I finally had a chance to eat my McCkicken it did not have what I ordered and payed for. I've been calling the store and no one answers the phone. So now I have to go there just to get my correct McChicken. When all I really wanted was to do was inform the Manager of this problem. Why have a phone if you never answer it ?
Customer service used to be about the customer; pride was taken and sought by delivering what was ordered in a timely fashion. No more. Training is less likely to be given and standards are most likely poorly whispered suggestions. A simple order doesn't seem to be possible to be delivered for the "15 an hour" employee of the woke generation

This McDonald's has horrible service I just left there they messed up my order and when I complained they refused to fix the order and said I had to go Back in line and reorder what I already ordered.
