McDonald's in Warren

“The employees here are ALWAYS so nice, but there's a new guy with a cool mustache who is very nice. Another guy who has been there a long time, who has a bit of a mustache and a beard and they both have about the same color hair I think. It's always nice to deal with pleasant people in the morning. I drive out of my way to go to this McDonald's.“

“Well I take my daughter( who doesn't drive 🤣) to work a few times a week. We always stop for her breakfast and me a cup of coffee. There is a young man who is running the drive thru. He is always happy and smiling. If you're not smiling when you pay you will you will be when you get to the next window. He is awsome and the service is great“

“I got exactly what I ordered except for I ordered a regular Coke and they gave me a diet Coke. I take offense to that because I am fat and when I asked for regular Coke that's what I expect buy them giving me diet instead it's like them saying that I'm so fat and I need it..... I know I'm fat but I don't need a fast food place to rub it in my face....“

“In my opinion, this is the best Micky D's in the area. I drive past 2 other McDonald's to come to this one. The employees are always friendly and polite, my orders are always correct. They're quick! I've only had to pull up and wait once in the 4 years I've been going here and that in its self is saying a lot.“

“Very nice employees and I haven’t ate at a McDonald's except a couple times back in 2017 and mainly before that the late 1990s not a big fast food person,I wanted to try McDonald’s for just one rare time and what a memorable service with the Wife and Children and the food thank you McDonald’s Warren Van Dyke 😊 🍟“

“This morning I stopped quickly at the McDonald's as I occasionally do being in my way to work and always a good place for a quick last minute stop for breakfast when I need to eat. I placed my order in the mobile app as I always do, the young man (Paul J.) working both the window and speaker was very friendly. He very kindly asked if I'd be using the mobile app to which I replied yes, got my information and instructed me to pull round. When I got to the window he kindly gave me my recipe and ask if I'd mind pulling forward and told me he'd be happy to accommodate my request for extra napkins. My breakfast sandwich was prepared fresh and above average in my opinion. But the best aspect of this trip was the whole stack of napkins in the bag. I was very grateful as I'd just ran out of Kleenex. 10 out of 10 for services on this mornings visit. That young man is a splash of positively and kindness in an environment where you no longer expect it and it brightened my morning. Thank you.“

“Cierra was working front counter well I was on lunch for work an she made sure I got my food on time as it came out she had a very positive an pleasant attitude which I appreciate very kind an the new manager has definitely made a difference“

“I ended up getting a GrubHub delivery to McDonald's on New Year's day morning. The delivery driver was very nice and sweet. I think the McDonald's staff did absolutely well and were hardworking on the New Years holiday by making sure the food was done fast and put in the bag for the delivery person to pick it up and delivered to the apartment (I was catsitting my sisters boyfriends cat at that time, and wanted to have McDonald's breakfast delivered to me). The service there was excellent. One minor incident, one of the butters ended up accidentally opened and spilled inside the bag. Oh well, thank goodness I don't use butter when eating breakfast at McDonald's due to my allergies 😊. Otherwise, my Big Breakfast tasted delicious and my Dr Pepper was made correctly. I will have to visit this 14 Mile and Ryan location in the future. 😊.“

“I met 2 people an I may get there names wrong Jaylen an key that works at the drive through window, they were great worked with a good attitude an I was on my lunch when I got my food an it was fresh an hot an fries were good aswell as salted, my boss did an online order an it to was great
Establishment is very clean compared to other fast food restaurants with open area to see them make your food“
