McDonald's is an average location with inconsistent service. Some customers have experienced mistakes with their orders, which can lead to disappointment. However, many have had positive experiences, with praise for the quick service and friendly employees. One customer noted that Vanessa took very good care of them, highlighting that the staff is often pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant has shown flexibility, as it allowed a customer to use the mobile pick-up service on foot when dining-in was closed.
While usually, the food is good, there have been times when orders were messed up, affecting customers' meals. The Big Mac meal is a favorite for its size and taste, enjoyed by many with friends and family. Additionally, this location is preferable for some because it consistently offers frappes, unlike other nearby McDonald's. Despite these positives, there are still areas for improvement, such as ensuring that hamburgers are served on freshly toasted buns and that the beef and cheese are warm. Overall, McDonald's provides a decent experience, but its service can be hit-or-miss.
