Mike, usually works the mornings but was working this evening by HIMSELF, I was super satisfied with his attitude and performance being just one single individual answering calls and making sandwiches, people like himself deserve more appreciation thank you Mike I give you a 10/10

I ordered on line. Before I got there to pick up my order I received a call from them. I called them back and was told they could NOT prepare the two bbq ranch chicken crunch sandwiches ( their newest one) so I picked two different sandwiches as replacements. When I walked into the store, they hadn’t even started making them. I feel people should be looking carefully at other people’s orders. Because they keep leaving stuff out of my sandwich. Last time, I ordered the billy club w/ lite lettuce and left out the condiments and tomatoes. But, I knew I should’ve checked it before leaving because they left out the roast beef.
