I ordered on line. Before I got there to pick up my order I received a call from them. I called them back and was told they could NOT prepare the two bbq ranch chicken crunch sandwiches ( their newest one) so I picked two different sandwiches as replacements. When I walked into the store, they hadn’t even started making them. So after they finally made my 3 sandwiches I asked them (3 employees total) if I get a price adjustment for the difference because the ones I originally ordered were $1 more. One girl automatically told me no and the other two looked confused and lost. Last time here!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. Have been going to this location the last couple of days since I recently started working in the area. Today however, my order was taken and and i went and sat at one end of a long table with an employee at the other end of it folding boxes while I waited. Literally only took maybe 45 seconds to be prepared. The girl instantly got an attitude that I was sitting down at this table she was at the other end of. Mumbling to herself how "there's other places to sit" ...I had to pump my breaks from embarrassing this girl in front of everyone. This girl is sadly delusional if she thinks she can speak to customers like that. Or anyone else for that matter. Blatant and open disrespect to customers. She felt WAY too comfortable speaking to me how she did. Get her out of there.

Management at this location terrible … Talking to employees sideways unacceptable using profanity never leadership.. Texting in group chats cursing at others people kids never route to go… I need owner to contact me text messages don’t lie … I see Jay needs conversation with Grown Man as well retrained for leadership ,professionalisms, food safety, and accountability.. You hold your manager accountable for not following up delegating second job when not busy.. As always manager should do last walk through at end.. I can’t tell you as owner how sad this look … Please stop giving anybody a higher position due to lack of employees and body to fill position.. Yes advocacy for all kids and adults right is right and wrong is wrong… No in between …

I feel people should be looking carefully at other people’s orders. Because they keep leaving stuff out of my sandwich. Last time, I ordered the billy club w/ lite lettuce and left out the condiments and tomatoes. But, I knew I should’ve checked it before leaving because they left out the roast beef. Well, you think that’s bad enough. But…. this time, I checked it there, I saw the roast beef and thought it was good. Well, when I got home, I looked at it again to realize I didn’t look at it well enough because this time they left out the ham and provolone!! I just can’t. I won’t even bother coming back there and talk to anyone about it because I’ve heard about the people that worked there, so, I’m not going to deal with rude and disrespect!! Sorry!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Dequindre. This locations sandwiches are not even close to the right size. The bread is much thinner and they are super skimpy on the meat and toppings. Extra hot peppers means more than 2 peppers per half of sandwich. They dont cant tell you if your order is ready or not. I stood there for 15 min waiting for them to make my order that was ordered online 30 min prior to my arrival and sitting on the completed order shelf. 3 different workers asked what I was waiting for, none thought to look for my order. Stay away. Terrible location.
