McDonald's in St. Clair Shores

“Sima is the best part of this mcdonalds. Shes always a delight. She helped us out when some rude woman interrupted my wife and my lunch because my wife and i were sharing a drink with 2 cups because i am sick. She started screaming at us and getting confrontational. She did not work there and was just another guest. Something was definitely off about her. Sima was amazing and calmed the situation. We ended up leaving because we arnt the type to make a scene by Sima said she would take care of everything. Shes a Rockstar! She is also the ONLY reason we will keep coming back as we come there all the time and spend hundreds of dollars.“

“Straight up, I honestly think this is just a normal mcdonalds. Sometimes it takes a while when they're busy, but theyre busy. They can only work so fast. Sometimes there is an order mix up, they always fix it. Theyre human. Ive never had a bad experience here, it's the same as every mcdonalds ive been to. Employees have always been nice to me, even joke with them sometimes when im there. I have no idea how this mcdonalds is rated so low“
