This location needs to just close at this point. The food isn’t fresh, the store is dirty, and the employees are terrible. I had an extend wait after already placing a mobile order, they had me pull up to wait, and they still messed up my order:
You should really check how many refunds your having done on the mobile orders and how many people are being turned away at the end of the night so they dont have to do anything and can get out right at closing they are costing them tons of money. I ordered food at midnight and was told they were closed and watched multiple cars get turned away. This has happened multiple times.
Ordered on the mobile app ahead of time. Still had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Ask multiple times about why my four piece and mcdouble were taking so long. It seems like this location is more concerned with servicing the twenty cars in the drive thru while they leave everybody inside the lobby waiting on their food for twenty minutes or longer.
