Straight up, I honestly think this is just a normal mcdonalds. Sometimes it takes a while when they're busy, but theyre busy. They can only work so fast. Sometimes there is an order mix up, they always fix it. Theyre human. Ive never had a bad experience here, it's the same as every mcdonalds ive been to. Employees have always been nice to me, even joke with them sometimes when im there. I have no idea how this mcdonalds is rated so low

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for many years, and every once in a while something small is missing from my order, but honestly that can happen anywhere. Overall, the current staff here has always been super respectful and kind to me. I usually place mobile orders, which makes everything go really smoothly.
The other day I was given a Dr Pepper and we were asked to pull up and wait for our food, which only ended up being about a 3 minute...

The food was fine.
But we stood at the counter to order for several minutes...so we ordered on the kiosk. (I personally dislike the kiosk) without an employee greeting us.
The service was quite slow.
Definitely not "fast food".
Multiple tables were dirty in the dining room.
