“I had a great experience at McDonald’s today. I accidentally ordered a small triple-triple coffee when I actually wanted a large. When I mentioned this to the young lady working around 8:50 pm on December 15th, she handled the situation very calmly and professionally. Even though it was my mistake, she kindly made me a large coffee without any issue. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really left a good impression on me. I’m very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate her help. Great job!👍🏼😍“
“This was my first time stopping at a McDonald’s in Canada, and I was slightly impressed! The food and service were amazing, but the store was dirty, and the tables and chairs needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a great experience!
This location is definitely a must-stop once you have crossed the Ambassador Bridge and gotten through customs.

“I had to update my review from a one star to A5. This McDonald's has done a complete 360 with their organization and polite staff. After coming through the drive-thru this evening, I must say that they have the most pleasant and polite order taker window guy I have ever encountered in my life.“
“Usually great service and consistent quality at this location; however, I am making this review to notify management of an employee that seems to be toxic for their workplace.
My husband ordered a breakfast burrito, and it seemed like our order was almost ready. An employee that placed their order after us then walked out of the back with said breakfast burritos. When another worker said it was for a customers order she had ready to go, she was met with some choice works and was VERY rude/sassy to the seemingly kind older woman working. The younger woman's attitude to another hard working employee was disheartening, and downright embarrassing for us to watch. No one should have to put up with that. Occurred between 8 and 9am today*.“
“today i had the best experience at any fast food place ive ever been, the 3 ladies i dealt with in the drive thru (first window second window and the girl who brought me my food when i had to wait for fresh hashbrowns) they had the BEST customer service ive ever seen from anyone at any mcdonalds in the county!! they all did wonderful and just their attitudes made my morning much easier and wonderful! thak u ladies!“
“This is an update to a previous review, Service has sped up a lot, more efficient. Coffee is popping hot and consistently good.
Still like all locations these days if your in a hurry go thru the Drive thru, counter service is not a priority.“
“I have a rather unique experience with McDonald’s, the owner JnJ and their technicians , especially Fernando , have me at their establishments whenever there is an electrical issue, in the past few months I’ve been treated with nothing but utter professionalism, kindness and even when it is extremely busy, the management and staff are eager to answer any questions. That is why when I’m there I don’t mind fixing something that I was not originally there for. These men and women perform a thankless job and always do it with a smile. “Fast friendly service, they know my order by heart.
Only downside is amount of panhandlers that hang around, staff do their best to get them to move on. At least once a week someone will come up to me in the drive thru begging.
If you go in be sure to lock up securely, don't leave anything valuable in car or in sight.“
