McDonald's in Madison Heights

“I had an altercation with the morning manager she's a huge white girl with blond hair on Monday September 14th 2026 I was frustrated I had to go back to this store twice and the order still was not correct! The huge white girl as she is described in many of the reviews for this location! She's a Narrassist! She lied twisted my words placed blame on the other manager played the victim all Narrassist traits! Narrassist seek control! They don't know how to navigate there way through conflict they. Do all of these above I just named instead of accepting accountability they run from it! I was frustrated ill accept accountability for that with no problem! She later went on to tell the other workers Including other managers and supervisors that I threatened her with a gun she's lying I don't own a gun not did never even shot a gun before! She did that looking for attention praise and admiration which is undeserving! The store was at fault! She refused to see that! I went back today September 16 2026 to retrieve the Corporate phone number because she gave me a phone number but nobody called back! You know why she beat me to the punch as Narrassist do lying then having folks to side with there fabricated story so I went back today to get the number for Corporate she was There she said I gave you the number she knew she had already told her version of the story which was fabricated and the narrative of the story was changed but little do she know I taped the whole experience! I was treated by I believe a supervisor who said to me are you the one who threatened to shoot her I said that's a lie I have the activation taped she did give me a cup with the corporate phone number on it ! And told me that if I came back the police would be called I calmly said okay and I thanked her for the number however I am in contact with Corporate and willing to share with them the truth the taping of the whole experience on my phone! This population is 75 percent Narrassist old and young tape without them knowing that you're taping them that's the only way to beat a Narcissist with proof! Don't Visit this restaurant there's another one one mile up to your right the reviews tells the story this particular woman is in sooo many negative reviews it's mind blowing she may have a few of her co-workers folled but not me I know what I encountered a full blown Narrassists they are everywhere in Psychology we call them the toxic bitter controlling toddler Narrassist embodying a adult body! The supervisor was very corjul when I said I have her taped the look on her face did change slightly but she still remained corjul I'm waiting on Corporate to finish there investigation I have been given legal advice to hand over the taping for the incident if I'm asked for it! Stay away from this location not safe there's a Narrassist there and there could be more She is one for sure! Stay Safe everyone“

“James is an exceptional leader, and has a fast crew... food was fast and hot and delicious 😋 and freshly prepared no stale buns or cold fries 🍟

Came in with a mobile order and it was already ready 😀 thanks for the speedy friendly service 🕜

And give them a raise!“

“They listened when i asked for extra onions and pickles, first time ever! I wish I would have caught both gentlemen’s names, one had a Halloween costume on. (How fun!)

Food was fresh, especially because it was slow so I’m sure they haven’t been busy.

They did a great job, wish I would have ordered more!“
