“My nephew wanted to go to this particular McDonald's because it had the big glass window. Actually it was very quiet while we were there. The person that took our order was very nice and helped us find a coupon on my app. They do not have the ordering kiosks. They actually have a person to help you take your order“
“There are some employees who simply do their job, and then there are people like the Mexican looking guy with the raccoon dyed hair at McDonald's who somehow make the entire place better just by being there. No matter how chaotic things get, he always seems to stay on top of everything, working quickly, helping out wherever he's needed, and making it all look effortless. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of dedication is something that deserves way more appreciation than it usually gets. It's not easy to consistently show up with a good attitude and put in that much effort, but he manages to do it day after day. He's the kind of employee every workplace hopes to keep around-the person coworkers can rely on and customers are always happy to see. Losing someone with that level of commitment would be a huge mistake because people who care that much about doing quality work are incredibly hard to replace.
Hopefully he gets all the recognition he deserves, because someone who works that hard shouldn't have to wonder if their efforts are noticed. The store is lucky to have him, and everyone around him benefits from the effort he puts in every day. His positive attitude, consistency, and willingness to step up whenever needed make him an invaluable part of the team, and McDonald's would be a very different place without him. Above all else, he should never quit because people like him are genuinely rare, and the impact he has on both his coworkers and customers is impossible to ignore. There are some employees who simply do their job, and then there are people like the guy with the raccoon hair at McDonald's who somehow make the entire place better just by being there. “The McDonald's located on 18 Mile and dequindre is fantastic. I coached Little League baseball for the Sterling Heights Tigers who plays market 18 Mile and Ryan and after a victory we all like to get together and take the kids for burgers and fries and strawberry milkshakes to celebrate our victory. McDonald's is always been a fun place for me when I was a kid growing up and it still is today. This particular location really is really great with handling large groups to come in unannounced that the last minute. We normally have about 35 to 40 people with us and within 10 minutes everybody can order and have their food at the tables. This restaurant is clean and the people are very nice and helpful and always greeting us with a smile. The gentleman manager is exceptional. I did not catch his name but he appears to be of Middle Eastern descent and with dark hair. He was over the top friendly and extremely helpful each time we were there. You guys have a really great team over there. Hope to see you guys again this week when we win the championship!!!

“This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food is always consistent whether that’s late at night or during the day and the workers are so nice 😊 I’d gladly grove the extra couple minutes to go to this location over ones closer to my house.“
“As far as any McDonald's can do, this one does it quite well. Our food was good and they made me a quarter pounder with cheese minus the bun. I enjoyed it. There was an employee there that was quite helpful. His name I found out was Eric. Not only did he help us get our order but came back later and asked if we needed anything else like salt or ketchup or anything. Every McDonald's needs at least one Eric.“
