McDonald's in Sterling Heights

“As far as any McDonald's can do, this one does it quite well. Our food was good and they made me a quarter pounder with cheese minus the bun. I enjoyed it. There was an employee there that was quite helpful. His name I found out was Eric. Not only did he help us get our order but came back later and asked if we needed anything else like salt or ketchup or anything. Every McDonald's needs at least one Eric.“

“Great McDonalds! The food was quick and hot, actually hot. I made a mistake in my curb side pick up order and had to go in and talk to someone and even though they mostly use kiosks, as most locations do now, someone still came to the counter to talk to me right away.“

“This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food is always consistent whether that’s late at night or during the day and the workers are so nice 😊 I’d gladly grove the extra couple minutes to go to this location over ones closer to my house.“

Shornali went above and beyond for my order. The order was made incorrectly, but she made sure everything was fixed. While I was waiting, we talked, and I never felt more welcome. She truly made me feel like I’m lovin’ it!
