I am a very understanding person. I am patient. But when I place a curbside pick up order and have to wait 15 mins to get my food then it’s cold. I get upset. I tried calling 3-4 times to let them know I’m parked (even thought I checked in on the app) and no one answered the phone. So that leads me to believe that they prepared my food and just left it sit there. this is now the second time this has happened to me that i had to sit waiting well over the suggested time.
