I had a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Oak Park, Michigan. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we were craving, but what really stood out was our waiter, Demi. Demi was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. They checked in at the right times, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’d definitely come back and would be happy to have Demi as our server again!“

“Food and service were excellent. Except for being served a gluten containing zip sauce (I have a gluten allergy which I told the staff about). Good thing the sauce was on the side so I could have it removed. Otherwise the experience was great“

“First timer but won’t be the last. A very old school bar/restaurant and I love that. The new owners are so friendly and inviting and the food was great. Special shout out to the sloppy Joe which was as good as my mom’s. Delicious. Stop in you will find lots to enjoy here“

“We celebrated our Annniversary. The hostess and waitress acknowledged it. We had bbq shrimp and ceasar salad to start. I had twin 4oz filet with shrimp and my husband had 11oz filet. Side dishes were cream spinach( large enough portion) and sweet potatoe casserole in a tiny ramiken. This used to be an extra large portion. We were given Cheesecake to take home along with our leftovers. We were dressed in nice casual clothes. Many guests were wearing Michigan tshirts, Basketball tanks with shorts and other unappealing clothing for a lovely expensive dining establishment. The sign at the front that states business casual is ignored. This was are only dissapointment.“

“Sat at the bar with Kevin (the bartender) who had great conversations to start us off. We enjoyed the most delicious burger & Scallops - both cooked to perfection! “Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare. Who would risk getting salmonella....And spoke to as if I wasn't knowledgeable of cooked chicken...cooked amish chicken. Absurd! Waiting for refund to be granted“

“FIVE STAR RATING: We cannot praise Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse enough! We were seated at a cozy table and were greeted with the utmost, warm and friendly service. Our server, Sean, was amazing! He pointed out the menu’s recommendations, didn’t rush us, and personalized the order of when we’d like our choices brought out to the table. Every dish we ordered from appetizers to the complimentary Birthday dessert, was tremendous! We reserved a standard table in one of their dining rooms. However, even the bar area with high top tables would not disappoint. Don’t hesitate to make this a place to experience. They offer a great menu of salads, seafood, steaks, and be sure to ask about specials. They offer a vast wine menu and specialty drinks. We WILL be back! There is valet parking available if you’d choose that option.“

“Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely delicious! I especially adored the bread they gave me while I was waiting for my order; it was so good and tasted like it was just freshly baked. The meat was fantastic too; I had the flo’s filet medium well (I’d suggest asking for a bit more medium next time) and the sides are great specially the mac and cheese“
