“We were gifted a voucher at the Mi State Fair special needs nights by the manager- Jessica. We came in and enjoyed a WONDERFUL meal as a family and our son had the best time! “Took 2 friends to dinner to celebrate their birthdays. Server was very professional and let us enjoy our cocktails before we ordered appetizers, salad and main courses. One friend ordered sea bass, the other ordered lamb chops and I ordered a filet. My friends main courses were fine. Unfortunately my filet was ordered rare and came out raw. My server agreed and took the filet back to the kitchen. Second filet came out, and again the steak was raw. Third time the filet came out medium rare to medium. Server took back the filet and asked if I'd like to try again or something else. I said no and he said he would send the manager over. Manager asked what the problem was. He should have already spoken to the server to know and then just apologize for the problem. I told him I wasn't interested in another meal and just do what he thought was right. My filet was taken off the bill, but should have at least taken the second round of drinks of the bill.“

“Went to Longhorns for my 50th birthday dinner last night. I had a very large party (27). We basically took over the restaurant. Bulk of people were seated together. We were just in the way, well me mostly. All of the staff were great. But I need to thank the waite staff for their amazing service that they provided. Secondly, I would like to give great appreciation to the hostesses(awesome) who sometimes catch it from the hangry's! Last the manager was amazing. You know Longhorns get busy on the weekend and inspite of that he did his best to accommodate us. So Westland Longhorns from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for an amazing experience. I'm not even going to address the food you know it was phenomenal!“

“One waitress two big parties ours of 10 & the other was a group of 20. My husband Waited a full hour to get a beer. The acting manager was responsible to ensure this waitress (who was also waiting on other guests) had sufficient support. Poor management.“
