As a pretty picky steak eater I wasn't disappointed. Fat was rendered down, sear lines added a great charred flavor and steak was perfectly seasoned to complement the meat without overpowering the flavor of the steak. The cut of meat itself was tender and cooked to medium as requested. Sat at bar to get in quicker and still felt we got the full experience.
