Texas Roadhouse offers tasty food with generous portions and good quality steak at reasonable prices, though the overall experience can vary. Some visitors have faced long wait times for their meals, with reports of waits up to two hours, and there have been occasional issues with undercooked steaks. While some customers have noted that service may lack attentiveness, others have praised the friendly and quick service from the bartenders, especially when seated at the bar counter. Recent reviews highlight exceptional service from staff like Logan and Tejon, who made special occasions memorable. Accessibility for wheelchair users is available, but assistance is needed with the double doors. There is a reservation system for tables, and while the evening entertainment of dancers may be enjoyable for some, it could interrupt the meal for others. Overall, this location is a popular choice in the Novi area, known for its clean atmosphere and busy environment, and many families return for celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries.
