“This place is a very terrible ghettoish bar. The two doorman that stand by the door have some kind of attitude and very arrogant. I strongly advise staying away from that place. If you pay the same amount of money there are many decent places you can go and enjoy your time. The bartenders both are good and friendly I'm talking the ladies.“

“Sandy’s has been around a long time. Friends have been going there for years and we finally made it there ourselves. Great friendly service with traditional bar food. While we did not have coney dogs, heard from others that is what they are known for. We will be back to sit at the bar for drinks and a burger.“

“A special day. A special night. Couldn't be better. Arranged by our son and daughter. The waiter did everything, except eat our food. The wines were a delight and the steak and salmon were prepared with artistry. He guided us with each entre and the salad was shared by us with dressing aside. “Went in for lunchThere were 6 of us. We all had drinks and ate. The chicken wrap was delicious. Nice size sandwich. We ordered 2 hamburgers, which were also good size. We had the fried bologna sandwiches that were really good. The waitress was on the ball checking on us often. We will Definitely be going back.“
“Mia is incredible. We have done birthdays at Mia’s for the last 3 years. The Halloween party and Karaoke nights are so much fun. It’s great to see everyone so involved and happy. We love the food and drinks! She helped us set up for the parties we’ve had and the staff always makes sure the bellies are full and the drinks are flowing. It’s impossible to not have a good time here. We’ve had breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner and it never disappoints.“

The food and drink combined with reserving a table can make the experience slightly pricey, but if you factor in the gaming options, it makes the price feel far more worth it!I love their fries, their specialty drinks, and most of the food I've tried, but there's just one food item I wouldn't recommend. I've ordered their 4 square personal pizza a number of times, and almost every time, it has come out burnt enough that it no longer tastes very good to me. “We stopped in when they opened for the day on a Saturday. The owners were so pleasant and inviting. We were so early that the soup of the day wasn't ready yet. We were in town for a weekend event, the owner said come back that night and soup was on him. We had our bloody marys (which were very good) and our lunch.Came back later that night for dinner and to enjoy the live music. The place was very busy, but we managed to get our same seats at the bar even though our party had doubled in size. The owner saw us and within a few minutes the soup was in front of us, we didn't have to say a word.The staff was very attentive despite the enormous crowd. The food was awesome again both in taste and volume.Ashley was behind the bar and was the hardest working bartender I have ever see and the smile never left her face.Great experience all the way around!“
“The piedmontese burger was really good. I'm pretty simple on toppings...mayo, ketchup and mustard only. Prepared as requested. Fries and burger served hot. It's a bit chilly inside, but not too bad. Service was quick and friendly. I'd for sure recommend and return. Great pub atmosphere.“
“An absolute staple. Renshaw is easily my favorite bar around. Their food is as good as "bar food" gets, and you truly just cannot beat a $2.50 beer. Add pull tabs AND TouchTunes? I'm in heaven. Couldn't recommend this enough. Service has always been above average, even when going with an entire softball team after our games.“
“Went after work on a Thursday night. Place was pretty busy but they sat us right away anyhow. I ordered the potato soup which was super yummy, I ended up saving it so I could bring it home. “Loved it here. I went with a work group. This was actually my second time here. First time was back in 2022 for a Christmas party. Anyway, We participated in a bar crawl on 2/17/24 for Jess. It was nice music. They also did a raffle! The service was fast. The place was packed. I kept ordering the grapefruit basil martini aka the duchess. It was really good. The staff was polite and useful. They had great wings also. I'll be back to try those loaded waffle fries one day lol.“

Neighborhood vibe, safe, fun and super entertaining. The DJ was jammin all night long, watching folks ballroom and hustle was exciting watch. My car was safe with the parking attendants out front, and well lit. Check them out, you won’t regret it.“

The steak tips were $10 (happy hour) and were fantastic and larger portion than I had expected. “Stopped here while staying at a hotel nearby. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait but ended up getting seated in less than five minutes. (On a busy Saturday night). The host and waiter were extremely pleasant! Me and my guest had buffalo boneless wings, and the chicken tacos. Both were delicious! We also had a couple cocktails, which were also crafted perfectly! Overall, it was a great experience; one that I would definitely enjoy again!“
“The food here is better than we could have ever imagined. It has become a food staple in our family with the great deals it makes for an affordable and delicious dinner! We love the hot pretzel appetizers and the large burgers that are very generously portioned. We have been here multiple times and have never had something that we didn’t like! All of their food was kept at a manageable price range -and not to mention that all of there food is portioned to feed at least a few. The beverages were reasonably priced and fantastic tasting. We highly recommend the city grill and bar to you and your family.Dietary restrictions: There are many gluten free and vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: my kids love it here they have great food and my kids are pretty picky they love there food and the variety that is given. There is endless options of all my kids favorites (burger, quesadillas, etc) they are very flexible when it comes to making slight changes my children will request for no onions and it will come out as wanted. I highly recommend and will strongly suggest this to you and your children!“
“Over 25 crowd (most patrons were 40s +). There is a $15 minimum to use a card so if you're just having 1 drink, bring cash. No cover. Pool tables and bar. I was told they no longer sell food at this Bar & Grill but I didn't confirm if the kitchen closes very early, is temporarily closed or closed indefinitely. There is outdoor space and also a food truck up the alley behind the businesses on Grand River. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. It's not huge but there was a perfect number of people to enjoy yourself and not be crowded with people breathing COVID unknowingly. Old school music with some hustle tracks thrown in. I would go back.“
“I visited Red Balloon Saloon, late on a Thursday night @10p. It was one of the few places open. On NHW. They serve bar food.My girlfriend and I ordered fish/chips? fresh garden salad delicious, hip hop music. This was enjoyable for my out of town guest. I would visit again. Friendly atmosphere.“
