“Great tavern/dive bar experience. Been a few times now and every time had a good experience.Drink prices are very fair and great selection of brews and cocktails. Standard ales and brews with some IPA's mixed in along with a variety of mixed cocktails including local specials. The food has always been on point. My absolute favorite so far has been a cup of clam chowder and plate of fresh fried fish and fries. Not fried in overused butter nasty oil. Light crispy white fish and hand cut seasoned fries were great with a Sam Adams. Also had good ol'e standard American cheeseburger and was very well made. Perfect grill patty with standard fixings was right on point. Wife has had salads along with a chicken wrap and I have to say all looked and according to her tasted as good as my meals.Always clean floors and atmosphere is welcoming. Plenty of screens to watch the game or just hang with friends. Staff always smiling and performing well.Great place for something as simple as a quick lunch or a nice dinner out!Vegetarian options: Salads and soupsWheelchair accessibility: Level to parking lot and sidewalk entrance“
“Went in for lunchThere were 6 of us. We all had drinks and ate. The chicken wrap was delicious. Nice size sandwich. We ordered 2 hamburgers, which were also good size. We had the fried bologna sandwiches that were really good. The waitress was on the ball checking on us often. We will Definitely be going back.“
“So you want fish n chips while watching the game? No better place, unless you don't need exceptional food. So go somewhere else and get heartburn and disappointment, or come here and feast on awesome food and reasonably priced drinks.Kid-friendliness: You could bring them, but why? This is your night!!!“
“I went in to meet some friends to watch a Lion's game and had a great time. The Dawg House wait staff is very friendly. It's a great place to watch a game because of all of the televisions that are all over the building. I was also happy that they had Sugar Free Red Bull, Corona Light and Keno. A lot of bars in the downriver area don't carry these items. If you want a clean place with a friendly waitstaff, I'd recommend the Dawg House.“
“Sandy’s has been around a long time. Friends have been going there for years and we finally made it there ourselves. Great friendly service with traditional bar food. While we did not have coney dogs, heard from others that is what they are known for. We will be back to sit at the bar for drinks and a burger.“
“Thee only Bar I will go to!!! Paul and Mike are thee best Cooks!! Danyielle, Angie, Paige and Bri are thee best servers!!! Brit, Alyssa and Angie are thee best bartenders, the day shift bartenders are thee bomb too and they have thee Best DJ, Thee best Security, and thee Best Owners!!! This is my favorite spot!!! I LOVE THEM ALL!!!“
“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. Highly recommend going to Grand Dad’s, it’s always a great time!Parking: Parking available along Sycamore St but limited. Free parking lot available by Yack Arena at end of storefronts building.“
“My first time going inside of Mr. K's Saloon. And it was a nice atmosphere everyone vibed amicably. My drink was perfect and the Stella Artois beer was ice cold. And it was fresh most patrons don't know that beer have a shelf life. I can't speak on the food because I had just left from dinner. The bar tender was nice and attentive. Will I go back certainly if I am in the down river area.“
“I went to The Speedboat last night with my sister. We had a wonderful time. It was karaoke night, and the host was happy to play almost every request that we had. There was one song I wanted that was not in his catalog, but I found something else that I could sing. I hope to go there again one day.we wanted to try appetizers, but we arrived too late, and the kitchen was closed. If you're looking for a fun place to spend a Saturday night, this is it!“
“The huge selection of games they have here cannot be beat. The food and drink combined with reserving a table can make the experience slightly pricey, but if you factor in the gaming options, it makes the price feel far more worth it!I love their fries, their specialty drinks, and most of the food I've tried, but there's just one food item I wouldn't recommend. I've ordered their 4 square personal pizza a number of times, and almost every time, it has come out burnt enough that it no longer tastes very good to me. I kept trying to give it another chance, but I think I'll be stick to the other great food they have to offer in the future!“
“This place has been a staple in the Taylor area for well over the last decade! The owners take pride in the experience they present in all three of their establishments but this is their flagship. It’s a cozy, feels and home place and you’ll go home to a full belly of good food and good spirits. Chef Norm has very creative and delicious recipes that will having you coming back for more.“
“Great local, "speak easy" type bar with excellent food and even better spirits! The atmosphere is welcoming and ready for you to experience!!Thank you to everyone at Stables Bar & Grill for making the dream work!!!Parking: There is parking in front of Stables, along with an overflow parking lot right by the establishment.“
“Started out rough with the initial server. Waited 15 minutes while he flirted with a guest. Got up walked to the bar and let me tell you, first class service. Shannon is absolutely phenomenal. If you like food, definitely a go to. 10/10 recommend. Shannon knows her stuff, made recommendations when we asked and had a good time serving you can tell.“
“The kitchen at Bambozals is always acomindating. Working late, we're always able to call Mary Anne who is always so caring about our order! The Michigan Salad is the best..chicken..cranberries, Blu Cheese..love it!I notice, though sometimes the blue Cheese cranberries and walnuts are scarce! Those are the best parts of the salad that blend the chicken and lettuce together..I like to see them and taste them in this wonderful salad!Nice American friendly bar in Dearborn!“
“VYYYBE is a very nice place good vibes nice waiters and very good food. Come get some good food & good music of all kinds and the band they have off the hook. Even You can have Birthday parties there????????Parking: This place you will never forget it’s safe with security guard. Very safe come see..“
“I was in a party of 9 on a lunch outing with coworkers, and one restaurant down the street let us sit for about 30 minutes with no service. We called Whiskey's to see if they could accommodate us. They enthusiastically stated they could! We got seated right away, the waiter was enthusiastic and very friendly. We loved the atmosphere; the food was great. We were all happy with our lunch!“
“We stopped in when they opened for the day on a Saturday. The owners were so pleasant and inviting. We were so early that the soup of the day wasn't ready yet. We were in town for a weekend event, the owner said come back that night and soup was on him. We had our bloody marys (which were very good) and our lunch.Came back later that night for dinner and to enjoy the live music. The place was very busy, but we managed to get our same seats at the bar even though our party had doubled in size. The owner saw us and within a few minutes the soup was in front of us, we didn't have to say a word. The staff was very attentive despite the enormous crowd. The food was awesome again both in taste and volume.Ashley was behind the bar and was the hardest working bartender I have ever see and the smile never left her face.Great experience all the way around!“
“Sit and be served! I ordered the medium rare Cajun burger, cooked to perfection. The French Onion Soup my partner ordered was so flavorful, I'm pretty sure I ate half of it. I've been searching for this perfectly crafted French Onion! Quiet Monday evening atmosphere, filled with regulars, good music, and a great staff. Definitely recommend, will be back.Parking: Parking lot is attached to the building“
“My favorite local place. Food is great and they have awesome daily deals. The staff is friendly and it's always nice to see a team of people who genuinely enjoy running a restaurant together- they've got that at palmer. The daytime bartender Brent has a regular crowd for a reason, the service and conversation at Palmer is above and beyond any eatery nearby it. I've made a lot of friends here and its only been 6 months or so since we moved to Wayne. I try to only go once or twice a week because if I don't put limitations on myself I'll be there everyday!“
“Went mid day after a dr appointment. Have passed by many times and decided to stop in. Was oddly busy for the time of day but I see that as a good sign. The place is a bit old but has great character and reminded me of my younger years. Service was quick and the burger was good.“
“The menu is so big!! Food very tasty, had homemade frys, so good! ? Ribs are meaty and fall off the bone, very good! My boyfriend had the walleye, super good! Best waitress, Judy H, this woman is super efficient, knowledgeable about the menu, very on top of picking up dirty plates, she was awesome!! We will go back just because she was so warm and accommodating, and the food was wonderful ❤️“
“Mature crowd, great music, the wings SLAPPED & the fries were good. I had 2 green tea ( Jameson ) was my liquor choice and it was YUMMY. Will return because we enjoyed it. It's clean and the atmosphere is cool. It's $5 to park in the lot. 30 & up is the suggested age “
“Banger! Sundays are standing room only. If you’re not there as soon as they open, you’re probably gonna have to stand or possibly not get in. This place was nice. Neighborhood vibe, safe, fun and super entertaining. The DJ was jammin all night long, watching folks ballroom and hustle was exciting watch. My car was safe with the parking attendants out front, and well lit. Check them out, you won’t regret it.“
“First time there and can't give a better review!! Great fun.. 10 stars.. Roger the owner was a great guy. Morgan, the bartender was great. Women's bathroom was just a treat. (Need hairspray it was there!) That's do to Kimmy's touch, Roger's fiance. Food was excellent.... DEFINITELY be back!!“
“Great Irish pub style bar tucked off a busy road. Great service drinks and tasty bar food. Recommend the Ramona which is a nice twist on the Reuben switching sweet coleslaw instead of sauerkraut. Friendly staff and love the design and Irish atmosphere! Highly “
“An absolute staple. Best burger around period. Old school. Don't mess with excellence. If you're upset about the limited menu you do not understand timeless classic American pleasures. Never change Millers. P.s I heard they put in tvs since my last visit and am not thrilled with that. Love stepping back in time and having an old school experience. Everywhere has tvs now and it's nice to have a break from that.“
“Over 25 crowd (most patrons were 40s +). There is a $15 minimum to use a card so if you're just having 1 drink, bring cash. No cover. Pool tables and bar. I was told they no longer sell food at this Bar & Grill but I didn't confirm if the kitchen closes very early, is temporarily closed or closed indefinitely. There is outdoor space and also a food truck up the alley behind the businesses on Grand River. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. It's not huge but there was a perfect number of people to enjoy yourself and not be crowded with people breathing COVID unknowingly. Old school music with some hustle tracks thrown in. I would go back.“
“The food is good and reasonably priced. It's a nice bar with a quiet section with tables to dine at. The hamburgers are very good and the crack fries are delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to get in the door and maneuver around the tables and bar but the bathroom is definitely not accessible. There's barely enough room for a mobile person to get into the stall a walker won't fit and a wheelchair is a definite no-go.“
“Definitely coming back to try the food. Was there only a short while with friends. Very nice atmosphere, food looked delicious as ever, staff was nice. Music was nice. Dance floor looked a little small. It was super crowded on a Saturday night. Will get there early next time so I can have some where to sit.“
“Front staff was a little short tempered and fairly rude this visit. We just needed to seat 5 people at the non high top tables as we had one person who was handicapped joining our party. Waitress was pretty good, and the food was decent.Parking: When super busy parking is a little tricky but right next to Busch's grocery store, so can walk a lil bit if needed. They have several handicapped parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was ok with my autistic daughter.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“BROOKSEY’$ EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE!!! One of the hottest places and the entire state of Michigan! Food, Fun, Entertainment, etc. A great kept “Secret” on Detroit Westside. The ? of Urban Entertainment brings all of us back to having fun in our neighborhood that we built up from scratch! (Very close to Dearborn Michigan)Vegetarian options: They make up some of the best dishes you’ll ever see!!!Dietary restrictions: Great menu!Parking: Extremely convenient.Kid-friendliness: Daytime and birthday parties are the best!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the parking lot or the street.“
“Used to be my hang out every night after even week nights, then off to "CHERR'S" (Rene's) for drinks with pool and darts! Miss my friends from the 90s and think of them often!! Great side appts Mini Taco's, fried mushrooms but couldn't beet a Great BarBurger!! Then I could stumble home! ??So happy to know that little bar is still open! Grew up there!“
“Came here for music bingo, always a lot of fun. I did not care for the boneless chicken with bbq sauce, the chicken just had weird taste to me. I would come back but I would order something different, the spicy chicken wrap was pretty good. The fries were the typical shoestring fries. The service was cool and friendly. We were waited on in a decent about of time, even though they were busy, I will check this place out again“
“I came here today for music bingo it's so much fun. But also had to try some food, I wasn't able to get the best pictures because the lights are low. Their onion rings and Fried pickles are hand battered and Fried perfectly they were both really good. I didn't care too much for the boneless bbq chicken. The wrap was pretty good as well it was just the perfect amount of heat. The service was great our waitress had all the tables in the main seating area and she was able to keep up with all of us. I will definitely come back great experience“
“I stumbled across this gem of an establishment because I was early for my 1:00pm massage across the street and decided to grab a light bite before. It's Monday so it was a bit slow, good for me!? But even though the charismatic bartender Christina could bestow extra attention on me, I could tell this this place had a GREAT vibe. I Instantly picked up on it. I had a cheese burger slider, fries and beer...PERFECT!??? I will definitely return. Maybe for Trivia Night on Tuesday?“
“J’s is our favorite go-to spot. The staff are truly awesome - so kind and go out of their way for customers, especially Jake who we cannot say enough nice things about. Food is always excellent, far far above & beyond typical bar food - love everything from their dill pickle pizza to wings to salads to delicious chicken tenders. Take-out pizza is also a great option. And drinks are consistently flowing. Great place to watch games or just hang out on any given night. Proud to call this place our fave neighborhood haunt!!“
“Evelyn provided good service. Mixed drink hit the spot. Nicely toasted rye bread with sliced turkey, cole slaw and Swiss cheese. Two machines to buy lottery or scratchers and music not too loud. Loud drunk lady more entertaining than disruptive. Not on our regular rotation of dinner spots but probably should be.“
“You guys know how to throw a party!! Had an awesome time at the 80/90s night, stellar service with such a welcoming staff, delicious food and drinks. DJ Gabriel kept us up dancing and singing kareoke all night. Thank you so much for hosting my bday. BEST NIGHT “
