“I enjoyed Firecracker shrimp with sweet hot chili sauce. They were delicious. I also had the pineapple Martini which was made very tasty. It s a good neighborhood bar with pool tables. My group really enjoyed themselves. A nice casual outing bar that was better than expected. It is not a extensive menu it's basic good bar food done right.“

“Food was excellent, the decor was nice with what looked like trees that had very pretty blossoms on them. They also had animal heads on the walls which are not my favorite decor….. but it is a restaurant that serves exotic meat dishes, so it makes sense. Servers were very nice and food came quickly. All in all a nice place to eat“

“Sandy’s has been around a long time. Friends have been going there for years and we finally made it there ourselves. Great friendly service with traditional bar food. While we did not have coney dogs, heard from others that is what they are known for. We will be back to sit at the bar for drinks and a burger.“

“Cute little place in downtown Pontiac. Loved the NY theme with the colorful lights. Excited to go back when it's warm out so we can check out the rooftop. Definitely enjoyed the music videos playing on all screens. Bartenders were extremely nice and attentive. Drinks and food were fairly priced. We loved the chickfilla sandwich. The toppings were fresh and the bun was super soft. Bang bang sauce was perfectly spicy. The famous bowl poutine had a lot of cheese and gravy. The chicken was crunchy. The sandwich and regular size poutine was enough for 2.“

“Went after work on a Thursday night. Place was pretty busy but they sat us right away anyhow. I ordered the potato soup which was super yummy, I ended up saving it so I could bring it home. I also ordered the Nachos which was an appetizer, it was pretty big and I was not able to finish it by myself. Chips and flavor were delicious. The waitress was really nice and friendly as well. Place was clean.“

“Love this place. Across from Walled Lake. Karaoke is great on Friday nights but very crowded. It's a bar type of atmosphere.Parking: It depends on the day. During the day it's fine & early evenings. Nights when things like Kareoke are taking place the lot gets crowded & you have to find other parking close by.“

“The Irish egg rolls were so good. I ordered the Boom Boom shrimp assuming the shrimp would be covered in spicy sauce. I got fried shrimp with sauce on the side which was okay. I was told they no longer sell food at this Bar & Grill but I didn't confirm if the kitchen closes very early, is temporarily closed or closed indefinitely. There is outdoor space and also a food truck up the alley behind the businesses on Grand River. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. It's not huge but there was a perfect number of people to enjoy yourself and not be crowded with people breathing COVID unknowingly. Old school music with some hustle tracks thrown in. I would go back.“

“The Bar zee Burger was very good, fries too and the strawberry french toast on the brunch menu is excellent. Great selection of beer and drinks. Quiet enough to have a conversation, which may or may not be the atmosphere you might be looking for. Kid friendly. And that may be a plus or a minus. I'll be back for the food.“

“Great gatsby burger and fries, and the wings are excellent. They were at least two cooks down and the huge influx of people from the golf show across the street had them jammed up. So, it took awhile for our food. But the bar tendress was great and had a generous pour. I would recommend.“

“I've passed by this place so many times but went in last weekend and it was nice. Third is my father-in-law's favorite spot Low-key. The people were friendly and they have music playing. They have a back room with pool and you can see the the pool table on the screen in the front. Juke box is there and some people were choosing songs (it was an "Earth with and fire" type of crowd, if you know what I mean). It was a Sunday and the crowd was kind of older, but chill.“
