Based on the reviews, HopCat offers great choices with cheesy options like different mac & cheeses and grilled cheese. The food is good, with a burger enjoyed by one guest and tasty truffle parmesan fries. The prime rib Dipper sandwich came out lightning quick, though the ajus sauce was very salty. The space curds are out of this world. The cookie cocktail and boursin cheese marinara appetizer were also great. The sound is a little loud, as expected in a bar restaurant, and the TVs could be a little quieter. Some guests noted the small high top tables are not big enough for lunch or dinner. The service was wonderful; servers were friendly, hospitable, caring, and kind. The manager was special, taking feedback personally and offering desserts to compensate. The staff were all amazing, and the entire wait staff was delightful. The manager also gave a nice discount for service being a little slow. Overall, it was an amazing experience that exceeded expectations.
