Yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. While I was there, I witnessed a manager speaking to an employee in a way that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. It was unpleasant to observe. In addition, I had to wait more than 45 minutes, which made the experience even more frustrating.
