I don't know if I've experienced a worse fast food joint in my lifetime. Was 2nd in line and took 18 minutes to get a terribly assembled chicken sandwich and fries. It seems no matter what chain goes in that location, it is always garbage. At least for the past 25 years I've worked in the area. Whoever owns this garbage establishment should get their franchise yanked. I've sent a message to corporate.

I love Popeyes. However I do not like how management and corporate has let the place go. You all hire people that have no customer service skills, no patience and definitely no problem solving skills. It’s sad that you all will hire such people with no skill. However that’s fine and dandy, but selling RAW chicken..? Is INSANE. I’ve worked in the fast food industry since 16, for me to get raw chicken shows that employees are not following protocol. Chicken is the LAST thing you serve raw. I need corporate to reach out, this is ridiculous. Not only was I not able to eat spite going to work a 12 hour shift, the cashier stressed me out so bad that I didn’t want to go back and deal with her ignorance for my money back. $30 wasted.

It’s always a long wait I was sitting in the line for 1hr 8minutes. It was 6 people on the clock and they were all just standing there. Finally Got my food and my fries were cold. I asked for hot fries and they told me it’s gonna take 3 minutes for the fries. ? ATP I’m annoyed ? because why didn’t u drop it while preparing for our order?!?!??? This Popeyes is not it! ?

Paris was the person who put in my order. She was Snappy and not helpful or friendly. The menu was not working so you couldn’t see all of your options. I asked based on my order if doing the meal was better she was snappy with repricing it out. I feel that if you don’t like your job go somewhere else’s to work . There is someone out here that would be glad to have your job .

I was in this restaurant on Monday 3/4/24 around 6pm. The girl taking my order had a HORRIBLE attitude. She said “Cash or card”. Not may I help you, what would you like. After I responded Card, she just stood there with a nasty scowl on her face. She never asked me for my order. So I didn’t say anything. Then I asked her if she was ready, I gave her my order, her response is that it? I said yes.. she said it will be 10mins. I said ok. She got the next customer’s order wrong, when he asked another worker about it that lady got very rude with him, so she was ruder back. The lady that took our order started ballong up her fists and hitting her open hand with her fist. Then she yelled out Bro he’s calling me rude and stormed off, leaving 5 customers waiting to order. It took about 20mins for our food.. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a drink. The sandwich looked thrown together the chicken was hanging off the bread like it had literally been thrown together. I will NEVER step foot in that restaurant again. Chic fil A is right across the street and I regret not going there. So better. Without customers you won’t have a restaurant.

I'm out leaving an appointment, yesterday I stop to pick up Chicken, I went inside the lobby, and there was an argument going on between the staff and a customer (I felt in an unsafe environment at this moment) the manager came out finally after waiting 10 minutes to apologize and tell us his personal business" he just left the hospital having a new baby and that all of his staff now our children," which was irrelevant. offered free pop soda or anything of your choice waiting in line after. Nearly 30 minutes.to placey order.. finally received my order which was wrong I ordered two legs a thigh and a 6-piece ghost pepper. after waiting another 20 minutes I finally got my order, get home and it was the wrong order gave me all chicken breasts. So disappointed in the manager in the store the staff continually with a bad attitude towards the other customers who did no wrong to her, the entire environment and atmosphere was unprofessional and rude, scary.. today I'm going to try to reach out to the district manager of this Popeye's Chicken. And not to forget the manager never kept his promise on offering the customers that were in line the additional items for our inconvenience, inexperience..Sad!

I'd like to say I could review the food but all I can review is the staff hanging out in the lobby eating while we sat in the drive thru line for 30mins and didn't move but one car. Looks like their friends showed up for chillin and free chicken. I left and went to wendys down the street. You can for sure tell when management isn't in the building cause nothing is getting done.

I’m ticket order 652 I order 2 kids meals tender and my kids received ONE chicken tenders a piece no fries, I had a 5pc tender combo no fries and we also had 12pc wing combo no fries. We sat up there for 30 mins spent way too much money and time for the order to be wrong with no sauce. No one is picking up the phone of course. I’m highly upset.
