“Your front counter employee Isaiah was very professional and approachable and you could just tell he likes his job he was eager to make my experience good he made me a sandwich I was a little bit of a pain in the ass and he was very patient with me I would just like to say you should make an employee in the month or something you guys were busy and he was just very patient with everybody and helpful and and energy happy“
“I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but I was so surprised to see this Jimmy John's has such low ratings that I felt compelled to share my experience.
They accidentally forgot my drink and chips with the delivery, but the way they handled it went completely above and beyond. When I called the store, I spoke with a super nice lady on the phone who was incredibly understanding and apologetic. I didn't expect it at all, but she completely on her own offered to refund the entire transaction.
It was zero hassle, and the food itself was made perfectly and tasted great. Mistakes happen, but handling it like that is toptier customer service.“
