Matt delivered superb customer service. I appreciate his efforts to ensure my coworkers had a positive lunch experience on the day we were volunteering.
I’m leaving 4 stars because Jimmy John’s is good but the staff there seem to have 0 customer service training
Ordered sandwich, today. Great taste, good sub. Cool dude that made it. 7/26/26 1030am. Coming back!

Jimmy John's serves fresh and tasty food, including the popular Club sandwich. The staff provides great service, with friendly gentlemen taking orders. Healthier options are available, such as hollowed-out sub buns or wheat bread. However, some customers may encounter issues with toppings being added without consent.
