I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but I was so surprised to see this Jimmy John's has such low ratings that I felt compelled to share my experience.
They accidentally forgot my drink and chips with the delivery, but the way they handled it went completely above and beyond. When I called the store, I spoke with a super nice lady on the phone who was incredibly understanding and apologetic.
