I went to the drive-thru
Unfortunately, the customer service during my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and had a few questions about one of the drinks on the menu. Instead of listening to my questions and answering them, the employee repeatedly asked what size I wanted and seemed increasingly frustrated when I wouldn’t give a size. I wasn’t ordering the drink yet—I was asking questions about it. There’s a difference.

Went for early morning coffee. There was a line for the drive thru so we went inside. Service was fast and the line outside went fast as well.

Dunkin' is a friendly and efficient restaurant with plenty of parking and a lightning-fast drive-thru. The staff is sweet to kids, patient with indecisive customers, and good at upselling tasty treats like the spider donut. Customers recommend trying the iced pumpkin spice latte, praising the quick service and great customer service from the awesome crew.
