McDonald's is a place where exceptional customer service stands out. The manager, an older African American woman, ensures the men's room is outstandingly clean, swiftly addressing any issues. The staff, including a greeter, creates a welcoming atmosphere. A customer praises the hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso as a mood lifter. Another customer enjoyed two medium coffees and two strawberry cream cheese pies for breakfast, finding them delicious.
A customer shared a positive experience with an employee named Laquisha, who helped by pushing back an order when needed. Additionally, a late breakfast through the drive-thru was quick and fresh, with friendly staff providing all necessary condiments without being asked. Another customer specifically mentioned Jordan, an employee known for excellent customer service, a pleasant demeanor, and clear communication. Jordan's work ethic and attitude make a significant difference, encouraging customers to return to this location. Despite a slight issue with the counter service, overall, the experience at McDonald's is rated as a B+.
