White Castle is a convenient spot with great service, though the fries could use a bit more cooking. The hamburgers with extra ketchup and pickles are a hit due to the soft rolls. The sack of fries is a favorite among customers. The parking situation may need some improvement. Despite a negative experience with coupons and a disgruntled manager named Sharon, the overall impression of the food and service is positive, making it a place worth revisiting.
