“This store is the lesser of all the McDonald's evils. The food always seems to be fresh ( even when delivered), the wait time is usually shorter than most, but the missing ingredients is customer service. No matter what location I am at I am most certainly, always, being rushed and or subjected to rude behavior. I understand its fast food , we are all on the clock even when we arent on the clock but I cant stand anything less than friendliness from any place I am spending my hard earned money. The most disappointing part is the fact that this store is a 4 out 5 and significantly above the current standard.“

“Just left this location and ordered a filet meal deal. There’s an older lady in there that has the best customer service and problem solving skills. Please give her a raise before I refer to my aunt that manages another location and will definitely make sure she has one. 🥰“
