Don’t believe the good reviews. Place has gone downhill if it was ever uphill. Store is over 15 years old, always dirty on the inside since I’ve been a child. Decided to visit as an adult here and there. Nasty attitudes. Very untrustworthy mannerisms. Same with the one on 10 mile and greenfield. I asked for extra cream cheese not thinking anything of it, they put the entire tub. This location on 9 mile has rude employees. Their hot food has large and tiny black specks that stent pepper which means they don’t clean the surface the food is cooked on. Just easy stuff to fix but they are either lazy or overworked. Terrible to see a classic Dunkin wasting away due to incompetence or bad management.

I ordered coffee with Splenda.The man put sugar...I brought it to his attention, and he decided to convince me to dig in trash and bring out a Splenda sack...He immediately turned around and started the next order... no gloves.... trash to coffee.I tasted it, and it tasted like sugar.I left to work and poured the coffee into a mug to heat it up, sure enough ton of sugar at the bottom.All employees are from one race (indian), and they just speak Indian among themselves... that happened in particular when I brought my problem to his attention.STAY AWAY.

The food was absolutely disgusting I asked for 4 orders of hash browns only got one and on top of that they where soggy I ask for a bagel toasted with cream cheese they gave me the bagel cold as hard as rock and then on top it all didn’t give me no receipt to go back

Don't go to this dunkin. This place is absolute trash! My wife went in to get us food since we had been out doing food deliveries and we were hungry. She told them our order. At first they rang us up for original ice coffees, the second time they only fit her flavor and then the third time they fi ally got us right and we also ordered breakfast sandwiches but we didn't get to check them because we had got a food delivery order that we had to go get. When we finally got a chance to grab our sandwiches out of the bag to eat them we noticed something strange about them. We opened them up to find that they were so damn lazy that they didn't even use real bacon like the sandwiches were supposed to have. They used fake vegan bacon. I never asked for any of that and that's what u give me? I had that much of an issue with this place its like why stay in business if your that bad at what u do. Everyone stay away from this place!!!!

I stopped at this establishment yesterday for a coffee. As I cashed out the clerk at the window said, " Sorry, we don't have any pennies." He had shorted me 3 cents because they didn't have any pennies. Imagine if they did that for say 100 cars for 365 days a year; that would be an additional $1204.5 in their till! He should have rounded down and given me a nickel.Even so, I gave them another chance today. I ordered the stuffed mini bagels and a coffee. I got all of my change today but after I pulled away I discovered they shorted me one bagel!No, I don't need the calories but they are two for two shorting me in one way or another. I WON'T BE BACK!!

The staff is really nice and it wasn’t busy at at all so I was in and out really quick. I ordered the iced pumpkin spice latte for my partner and I and it was really good. That was my first time getting it from Dunkin and I wasn’t disappointed.

I honestly think all dunkin donuts are unsanitary. Donuts are not covered, so many flies and bees sit on the food. Staff talk over the ice cream, touch everything before handling the food. And there is always a slight language barrier, which makes communication challenging. Not sure how they are passing health inspections.

Went inside and 4 people working passed by me waiting at the register before anyone waited on me. The 3 people behind me walked out. They had 6 people in the store and only 1 looked like he was making drink orders. My shake was pure liquid the first time & the second one wasn't much better. The service is horrible and the drink wasn't much better.

This location needs a major cleaning and organizing. When you walk in racks of donuts are sitting on top of each other on the counter. The station where the napkin dispenser is needs to be wiped down.The cooler needs to be filled and the temperature checked. This location is disgusting!!!
