“This was my first time going to Jimmy John’s in probably 10 or 12 years. I ordered the veggie with some slight modifications as a pickup order.
When I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by Austin and received my order. The vibe was so friendly that I decided to eat at a booth in the store; and that’s when I discovered that Austin had made my sandwich so perfectly that I needed to order a second sandwich. Genuinely the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had—if it tasted like this 10 years ago I never would have stopped going there.

It’s extremely rare these days to meet people in customer service, especially the food industry, who are respectful and polite and personable, but Austin is nailing it. You can tell he’s a genuine person who takes great pride in the food he makes and in keeping a clean work surface— something that is both extremely important and impressive to me as someone who also works in the food industry.
I had such a great experience here, I will definitely be returning to this specific location in hopes that Austin will be there to make my sandwich again.“

“I came to this location on 9/7/24 and the store was busy. There was 1 person working at the restaurant named Luke (from what my receipt says). He did an amazing job handling the orders and trying to get my order. Whoever the owner is of the store should give him a raise and also should have been there to support him and make sure he wasn't alone. The phone was ringing, but he wasn't able to answer as he was taking orders and making food. He made my sandwiches well and as quickly as he could. Great job, Luke!“
