“I’m rating this a 5 star today mostly because of the customer service. I’ve worked in the industry, even worked at a JJs a decade ago, and I see a lot of reviews complaining about things that are out of employees’ control. This is my local JJs and I come here all the time. Tried something new today, and I didn’t like it. So, I just won’t order that again. It’s not the employees’ fault, and I’ve always received excellent customer service here. Don’t blame the employees for the corporation. This particular JJs is great, workers are always friendly and doing a fantastic job any time I’ve been here!“
“I had the best sandwich today! I placed an online order. It got to me very quick. Whom ever made it was on point though!Thank you. I'm probably a little annoying with all the extras I ask for. When I've been to other locations they either forget something or skimp me on hot peppers. Not this time! Seriously thank you for the best jj sandwich I've ever had. Very much satisfied 10/10“
